The bad reviews is really not what it is when I got the jetskis , the ride and speed of it was 100% good no issues appeared on us. All you have to do is listen to the simple rules of what not to do while trying to operate a jetski but totally recommend them to anyone ! Beatable prices Good Service

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! My friends and I recently rented two jet skis from them to take up to Clearlake. They required a $350 deposit per jet ski and $600 per jet ski for the weekend. First off their yard looks like a junk yard., broken down jet skis everywhere just not professional looking at all. We picked up the jet skis Friday night. The owner gave us 4 life vests and the trailer for the jet skis. The trailer lights did not work. The life vests were all children sizes and didn't fit anyone on the trip. Huge safety hazard so dangerous on the drive up and then we ended up having to go buy life vests that would fit us. After launching the jet skis 5 minutes from our house that had a private dock. Both said Maintenance required the second we started them. One of the keys didn't have a clip to attach to our life vest. To say the least everything about this company is Janky. We rode not even 5 minutes and both jet skis started beeping and saying hot exhaust. We immediately docked them at the house and called them to let them know. After a lot of going back and fourth (there was a language barrier) he had his daughter contact me who instructed me not to touch them or start them again. At this point they wouldn't start if we even tried. They told us they would come pick them up the following day. The next day we ended up renting from the marina up there and had no problems at all with their jet skis or boats. My older brother stayed back to be there when they came to pick them up. Upon arrival they told him there was seaweed in the exhaust causing this it was our problem and they wouldn't refund our money. We literally road the jet skis for five minutes. And then we're told not to start them again. I argued and he gave us back $1300 he told us for the remaining $600 we would have to go back to the yard to get it. This is all after him threatening to call the police on my brother. Upon returning to the Bay Area we went to the yard. And when I tell you the unprofessionalism we experienced I can't even put into words. This company does not know the meaning of customer service. From being cursed and yelled at (which we have video of) and being told it was our fault for taking it to Clearlake please save your self the trouble. We were told by them that because they charge less they pretty much have crappy equipment. Which I'm reality they aren't any less then renting from the marinas at what ever lake you travel to. Their jet skis are unsafe and they lake the basic knowledge of how to properly run a business. So now we are out $600 for jet skis we didn't even ride for more than 5 minutes.
