The Broadway

First, the leasing team is wonderful! Renae and Janae are very helpful and friendly(they greet you with a smile) and go above and beyond for the tenants. Sunny made the leasing experience for us very easy and answered all of the question and concerns that we had.

We love this building. With all of its amenities (pool, hot tub, family friendly court yards, a dog run, fitness center and rooftop lounge) it feels like you are living in a luxury resort. Our fellow tenants have been friendly as well. The neighborhood feels safe and is very friendly and convenient.

I got marry and this is our first apartment. What we like a lot is that every month there's different events for residents. Rokia helped us to get the lease.so easy to apply and not a lot of requirements compare to other apartments. 10/10

My family and I have been living in this apartment for the last three years. The location is perfect and within walking distance to public transportation, hospitals, restaurants, and grocery store. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and attentive to any concerns or maintenance requests. This is a fun and vibrant community.

Rokiatou in the leasing office has been great. Any concerns or problems I have encountered living here, she has been very helpful.

As a resident, we just had an apartment wide wide trivia night. Was a great time to meet our neighbors and hang out with pizza. Would love to do this again!

They take such great care of us here!!! Throw us parties all the time!!! There's always something fun to do here!

The Broadway Apartments, located at 3093 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94611, give off a "Hunger Games" vibe reminiscent of the movies. The surrounding streets are dirty, people are rude, and everything feels chaotic. However, once you step inside, it's a completely different world. The interiors are immaculate, and the people are incredibly nice and friendly. While Oakland has its challenges, which may improve over time, these apartments offer a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Despite the intimidating outside environment, I would definitely recommend this place to those who can overlook the exterior conditions.

I'm happy with my time here! The pool is the reason I just renewed! The last taco event was great and the office and maintenance are responsive and friendly.
I also met a couple of like-minded neighbors, which has been fun.

Absolutely love and enjoy residing here! Friendly/helpful staff. Family friendly, Wonderful activities and amenities for everyone! Truly thankful and blessed to be here!

This was honestly the worst apartments we've lived in.

If you're touring do yourself a favor and don't wear a mask. The hallways reek of weed all the time.

Which is another issue, the fire alarms will ring at any time due to people smoking. We have one toddler and a baby and we were woken up one night at 2am, 5am, and 7am because people decided to smoke. If that's your thing and you're ok with having to deal with the fire alarms at any time during the day/night then this is the place for you.

I noticed a theme in the 5 star reviews that are posted for these apartments and it's that those people haven't actually lived in this building for a couple of months and just took a tour.

There are so many other reasons as to why we disliked this place so much but it sounds like people have already written them out in other reviews. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.
