Not going to dock stars from this company's services. But whoever the driver is for this company he drives like an absolute maniac. I was almost in an accident with this person in the plaza at which this business is located due to his inattentive driving. I live in the area as well and have witnessed his crazy driving on the streets!! Beware if you are expecting a delivery from their driver that he drives terribly.

This company needs to have a conversation with him about safety and how he represents his company when on the road!!

Great service and clear ice.

I came across the Clear Ice Company a couple months ago on instagram and was extra excited when they turned out to be local. I sent an email to inquire about having custom ice made and they responded johnny-on-the-spot. They suggested coming in to chat, so I did.

I knew the building they were located in but finding the suite number did require a phone call to figure it out. If you're looking at Hapa Brewery, go through the doors to the left and walk down the hallway - they're straight ahead inside the building.

While there, I purchased a 4-pack of spheres. You know, for a test drive before my party. They explained that I needed to temper the ice for a few minutes before pouring liquid on it. You absolutely need to do this or your ice will crack. No, really. I'm stubborn - I tried, I failed. Let the ice sit out a few minutes. Your cocktail will be that much prettier for the patience.

Pleased with the quality of the ice (and how long it lasted), I emailed back, chatted with Robert about what I wanted and after a few emails we arrived at a final template. I selected the 2.1" rocks and thankfully had glasses to accommodate. Make sure you order the right size for your event or drinking pleasure.

I picked them up on a Friday evening and left with them securely in a cool ice bag for the drive home. Come Saturday, they were ready for the party and man did they go over well. I still have some left over which makes future cocktails just a bit more special.

I cannot recommend them enough. If you're looking to be extra af or want a unique, quality, branded product and support a local business, reach out.

Great service, and amazing turnaround! I had a last-minute request for 2'' clear ice cubes in bulk, and Clear Ice Company was able to take my order and have it ready the next day. They also accommodated me only being able to pickup on Saturday, which was extremely appreciated.

The place was kind of hard to find (look for the bright yellow door), but once I found it, I was out with my ice order in about 45 seconds.

Ismael was great- very communicative and was always reachable by text.

The Clear Ice Company on instagram is pure #iceporn. Check it out, no joke. Been following them for awhile now, and am super stoked they set up a brick-and-mortar near mi casa.

They do some really cool custom stuff, have a small, carefully curated selection of other stuff to enhance your cocktails/beverages at home. Service is great.
