The Club is a spacious lounge to relax in and grab a small snack or drink. They have a decent comped bar. Snacks are limited to finger foods out in the open or a few small bites you can order via the QR code at the table (note it's quite small so order 2). The website mentions 15 min wait but it'll usually come in 5 min.

      Free Wi-Fi.

Arrived at 10:45am, they decided to switch to "lunch". See pics
Pros: quiet, variety of seating for privacy.

Cons: not sure yelp gives enough characters to list.
Breakfast/ lunch at 10:45am, salad, minestrone soup and cheese. What?? Staff look miserable, probably all the people complaining about the food.
Not easy to get to, up a fly of stairs with my luggage. Not large so likely hard to find a seat.

Canceling my membership, this place is a joke!

Its ok. Its one of two lounges at this small airport basically. Was pretty clean inside. Its good if you want drinks or bread. Thats about it, nothing crazy. Do not get the breakfast potatoes! We got potatoes , scrambled eggs and white toast with Jam.

You can drink up on water, alcohol and juice! Use the restrooms and relax in comfortable chairs. Then go to your gate when ready .. I will say service was nice though!

Unless your goal is alcohol, the value proposition of airline lounges continues to decline in the United States and elsewhere.

The Club at SJC used to be a gem servicing mainly clientele flying to Japan on ANA flying out of gates A15.

Since COVID and the departure of ANA from SJC, gone are miso soup, rice porridge and plentiful instant noodle selections and small water bottles replaced by an online ordering system that features prominently the alcoholic beverages and a few paltry cooked items (potatoes and scrambled eggs).

Many avoid alcohol prior to flying so I don't see much value here. They do have a water filling station (BYOB) and have their own restrooms as well as plentiful seating.

Just bring back miso soup and rice porridge and I'd be happy. Both are cheap and filling.

I'm thankful for this lounge existing because it's a reprieve over the hustle and bustle that airport terminals always are. The lounge is in the middle of terminals A and B so it is fairly conveniently located despite which terminal you're flying out of. That said, it can still be a 15-20 minute walk to your gate so plan accordingly!

This is the only airport lounge at SJC and it can get crowded at times. They partner with airlines and will block out areas for exclusive seating reserved for those airline passengers and that can make things REALLY tight.

Hours are 5 am - 10 pm which covers most flights - besides the red eyes.

Food options are somewhat limited and they've been the same staple items for well over a year. Korean style meatballs with rice, chickpeas in a curry sauce, and some cubed cheeses and veggies with hummus. It's nothing fancy but it'll do.

The craft cocktails are similar to what you'd order at a local bar with "well" spirits. I recommend you go with an Irish coffee that you make yourself (ask for a shot of baileys or even bourbon/whiskey) and prepare your coffee in the style of your liking.

I hope they freshen up their food and drink menu so that there's something new to enjoy the next time I'm there.

Arrived at the lounge after passing Security in Terminal A, but since Southwest is in Terminal B, you can actually enter through Security in Terminal B as this lounge location is right next to Terminal B as they are connected. This saves you a few minutes of an outdoor walk to get here.

Note the elevator from the gate area to the lounge is extremely slow so I recommend taking a short flight of stairs to get you to the entrance. There was a decent amount of seating but I can see it be crowded in peak hours compared to me taking an evening flight.

The food itself is hit and miss. The tomato basil soup was comforting and the soda options were okay. The complimentary brioche sandwich with ham and cheese, Swedish meatballs in sweet and sour sauce, and masala chickpeas can be ordered by scanning the QR code on a table. You can also add drinks to your order from there too. Within 5-10 min, your items will be served by waitstaff. Everything was solid except for the bland masala chickpeas but I was able to feel satisfied with a few small items. Some items have limit of 2 per table so just be warned if you intend to try to fill up here.

Overall love the accessibility and solid seating and food options. Definitely a stop to make if you have access.

I'm not sure why there is two separate yelp pages for the same location! This The Club SJC on Yelp, there are two of them, different addresses but they are both for the Club SJC at A15. There is only 2 The Club SJC, one at A8 and this is A15. A8 is more spacious.

We recently stopped by here on our flight back from SJC to SNA and though I got this lounge access via my CC, hence its free for me to enter, so I can't and don't want to complain too much, but definitely this lounge is average compared to others. Since covid, the food options have reduced greatly! You also need to scan the QR code to order now and sometimes, just your luck, your orders are never received! But the ladies who are serving the lounge are so nice! I really want to give a shout out to them! They really tried to make your experience better so all of the stars go to them! I knocked off 2 stars because of the front desk service and the way this lounge is, always something is unavailable or not working!

Front desk couldn't check me in and made me call my CC to verify my account but turned out they just entered my account # wrong! When I pointed this out to them, they just said, oh okay thank you.....

In the end, it is still a place where I can lounge without paying so I still appreciate it...

I visited The Club at SJC A8 with my priority pass around 11 am prior to a flight. To get in, you need to have your priority pass and your boarding pass - the service is spotty, so make sure to have your boarding pass saved ahead of time. There were minimal snacks laid out for lunch - there were chocolate pretzels, nuts, and the coffee machine. If you want any food you will have to order from a QR code and someone will bring your selections to you.

I had the intention of eating lunch in the lounge, however for a vegetarian option there were snacks and the marsala chickpea bowl. I ordered mostly one of everything - as a heads up, the portions are snack portions, so you may want to order more than one. The dishes came out pretty fast- the app says you may need to wait up to 15 mins, but for me everything came out in about 5 mins.

There were plenty of charging ports, and I was able to charge my phone with a USB port. I would not pay to enter, but it's a nice place to relax prior to a flight.

Arrived at the Lounge on a Tuesday morning about 1 and 1/2 hours before my flight. It wasn't too packed, but there were a fair amount of people there (~15 people). There are QR codes on each of the tables/couch areas so they are able to locate you when delivering your food. The lounge has a fair amount of space. The lounge served its purpose of being a quiet place to rest a little, grab a bite, and grab a couple of drinks before taking off on the flight.

~~Notable mentions: Clean restroom, coffee & water, outlets, drinks, food items from the website menu, juices, nuts, fruits.

~~Location: Across gate A15, there's an elevator that would take you up to the 2nd floor where the lounge is, or you can take the stairs up if you just have a backpack.

~~Service: Great, the process to check-in was seamless. For ordering food you would place your order through the website after scanning a QR code that is at the table that you're sitting -- this tells the server where you're located and what you'd like to order.

~~Food: They have an okay variety for a domestic lounge. For breakfast they had a variety of eggs to order through their app, but it wasn't the greatest. The scrambled eggs were a little rubbery and the hard boiled eggs had a slight tart taste to them.

~~Drinks: You're allowed to place 1 drink order at a time when placing your order through the website.

~~Best Part: It was fairly quick for them to bring out the food after placing the order through the website. It's nice that they had a fair amount of variety to choose from, but the buttered bagel was probably the best thing that I got.

I have seen my fancy friends like Joe P. go to fancy airport lounges and always wanted to get it out for myself. The Club SJC by Gate A 15 is complimentary for those with Priority Pass, or you can purchase a daily pass, which is what I did. Prices for the daily pass vary day by day, but it was only $33 on the day of my visit. I quantified that as... if I drank more than 2 drinks, I would have gotten my money's worth at an airport.

Slight hiccup with my transaction. Their system seemed to be down... probably the internet connection... but it wouldn't take my credit card, which I just used prior and am still currently using. So my credit card is fine. Multiple attempts, different pay mechanism... I was getting restless from my travels so I'm like nevermind let me pay cash. I would like to get the points for my credit card, but cash is always king. Guess what... they did not have ANY CHANGE... I was like... Ummm... keep my money and figure it out. I'm going to rest in the lounge haha... It took them a bit but I eventually got my change.

Conditions for The Club is for your flight departure time to be within 3 hours. Any children under 2 years are Free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Amenities: TVs, internet/wifi, showers, comfortable chairs and tables spaced out, no smoking area, snacks and alcohol.

For the refreshments on the day I came, there was a delicious tomato bisque as the soup of the day. I also had some veggies with hummus and variety of cubed cheese. Best of all and a sweet surprise was their cherry cobbler. I don't usually even like cherries in baked desserts but this one was warm and delicious with a kick of lemon to really compliment the sweetness of the cherries. I would pay for this at a high end restaurant.

I definitely more than got my money's worth with their beverages. I had a few of their Strawberry Sparkers which is a sexy drink that comes with vodka, strawberry rose fresh citrus blend and sparkling wine, garnished with strawberries and mint. Yummm!!

I was so comfortable laying back enjoyed my football games on multiple screens for Sunday football. It was the most painless wait at an airport ever. Hopefully I can find myself one of these at most airports in the future so I can avoid the crowds and the uncomfortable and cramped general areas.
