The Duct Cleaning Pros

Called them a week ago. They had me scheduled for April 23 at 3PM. Called me that morning asked if they could come in earlier since they had a cancellation.

House we purchased in Auburn, 28 years old, had a new HVAC installed but most of the original vents were nasty.

They did offer a $399.00 duct special and $99.00 dryer vent special. They do charge if you have numerous registers. Their quote did increase at first, then after further examination were honest and stated "hey half of your system's duct work was recently replaced, no need to clean those unless you really want"

Long story short? They could have easily not said a word and charged for all 20+ registers, duct work etc. They saved me $205.00 and did a great job.

They are courteous, professional, and clean up after their work.

They take photos of duct work, registers, they walk you through the process and give you the option of what you do or do not want cleaned.

If anything folks, get your dryer vents cleaned for $99.00 it will save you in the long run!

I have to give a shout out to Ben. I called numerous times because I had lots of questions and each time he spoke with me he was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had to postpone my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and he was very compassionate towards my situation. Also, I like that this company is a woman owned business and it is also a family owned business.

The cleaning pros were very easy to talk with and schedule the appt. They promptly arrived and cleaned the duct. They used a huge vacuum and went to the roof to make sure all the lint was removed and supplied photos. Most service companies do not do such a thorough job. I had a question that was not dryer related and the men came out again promptly and the company addressed my needs. I was highly satisfied with the overall care they provided my home and appliance. I would definitely call them again.

These guys were great! After my dad passed the house needed a lot of work including duct work. They were quick to respond and were pleasant to work with. When we, unfortunately, had to cancel the appointment at the very last minute, even though they were already en route, they were pleasant and just told me to reach out again when things settled and I could reschedule. Customer service is A+ and Ben has a great sense of humor too!!!

This company was very responsive, gave a fair quote for the work and made scheduling a breeze. They even worked around our kids' nap schedules so they could get the work done without waking them up. They showed up on time and were efficient. We appreciated the photos they took to see the before and after of our ducts. We have a separate duct system that rarely gets used and we weren't sure if it needed cleaning. They inspected it and told us it was not in need of being cleaned. We appreciated the honesty even though it lead to them making less money. We've already referred them to 1 family member and will continue to do so!

I called Duct Cleaning Pros to clean the dryer vent at our home. Trevin arrived a few minutes early, introduced himself and discussed what would be done. Professional, friendly, courteous, and careful not to damage anything, he went to work, took pictures and had the job completed in about 30 minutes.
