I called John as I have a very old home and my back door no longer closed due to the house settling. I was a little worried that I would need a new door since it is metal, but John was able to fix the door and now it shuts! He was very fast and a very reasonable price! I will definitely call him the next time I need something fixed!

My bathtub faucet was leaking. I called a handyman and he said was unable to fix it that I needed to call a plumber. I got quotes from a couple of plumbers that said they needed to open the wall and remove and replace the showerhead and faucet and that after they finish their work I needed to call a handyman to replace the removed tiles. The quotes were high for my budget so I had no choice but to wait and start saving money. After a while, one morning I remember John David, the handyman that I once had him look into installing a microwave - and I decided to give him a call. John David responded promptly, ask me to send him some photos, and was able to give me reasonable (and affordable) estimate. He came that same afternoon and fix the bathtub faucet in less than one hour- no need to remove tiles or replace the showerhead and faucet! Thank you John David and Francisco! You are trustworthy, skillful, and affordable! You will be my first to go person from now on. I trust that if you say you can do the job you will do an excellent job at a reasonable cost.

Amazing work! Quick response and professional communication. Came out to fix our shower door. Resulted in having to fix a prior repair that was done wrong. Shower doors are operating as if they were brand new! 10/10 service. I 100% recommend.
