We're here all the time for odds and ends for our house as well as supplies for work and plants for our garden.

The business park that it's in can get pretty busy, but there's always plenty of parking. We usually end up starting outside in the garden section, browsing the plants and then head in for the rest of our shopping.

Most of the time we can find what we're looking for, since Home Depots are pretty consistent with their sections and the aisles are well labeled. If we're having trouble we've had luck asking staff for help.

On our latest visit we were switching out a propane tank for the first time here and the team up front was helpful and let us know we can leave our empty one outside, to avoid leftover fumes.

We've been to a lot of different locations, but this one we've become regulars at.

Came in to purchase a replacement battery for my FOB. Website indicates 20 in stock and provides location

Located the location of where this battery should be with the expectation of finding them. The rack was very sparse in what they had on the rack and NO sign of the specific one I needed

Asked an associate for assistance. She was very helpful. I give this review a star bc of her helpfulness. She looked behind the display rack not once but 2x. She even went as far as the main entrance to see if there was another display rack

Needless to say, I was very frustrated when the store website indicates item is in-stock and when I got there....nowhere to be found.

If there was another option to Home Dept close to my home....id give them my business instead.

We have had many great experiences and good customer service at our Home Depot.

A few months ago the store was evacuated while we were having locks we'd purchased at Home Depot rekeyed by Dan. We were instructed to leave the store immediately and left our house key as well as the locks at the service desk where Dan had been helping us. We weren't able to go back into the store for several hours. When we came back for our locks and keys, Dan had finished rekeying the locks before he left for the day and our house keys were kept safe in the office for us. Thank you to Dan and Justin.

Ok i went online and it says they accept Apple Pay.
Well I'm here to tell you NO THEY DON'T.
I was annoyed but it also could have been the rock in my left shoe! So after removing my shoe & sock I found it in my shoe so i put the sock and shoe back on after removing the rock. Then everything was fine and the Apple Pay was no-longer annoying.
I went got a drink then home to use the item i happily purchased at Home Depot in Natomas California USA Earth.

Remember if it hurts! Leave it alone!!

Went the other day to look for some wasp spray and garden ideas. Hubby just had surgery so he was using a cane. As we were leaving, he noticed us and not only asked to help me load our car the large bricks, he came over and told my husband that he was happy to do it.

This store definitely wants you out of the store at 9 even though they're open until 10PM . Tonight: 35 minutes before closing , 17 people in line for one open cashier and eventually they added a second. This store incessantly shouts closing remarks over the loud speaker from 910 pm on. (Not kidding they seriously shout the closing orders over and over) Why they have to close the self check out an hour before closing is a mystery - If they really wanted to speed things along they could keep those available and most late night shoppers are purchasing only a few items. ! 2 stars since at least the paint associate and cashier were very friendly.

This Home Depot is the worst store I have been too. The workers are rude, they are not knowledgeable to anything we ask them. Try to avoid going to this store. No one will help you or answer your questions

The Home Depot in Natomas is in one of the oldest shopping centers in Natomas, together with Walmart and Regal Movie Theaters.

The store itself is good. Most of the items are available in the store. The store is clean and well organized.

The only thing I don't enjoy going to this store unless I have no choice is the location of the shopping center. This is one of the worst shopping center layouts in the Sacramento area. The entrance of the shopping center is a mess, and the Home Depot is the last store deeply in the mall. It takes a long time to get in and out of the store sometimes!

I like this Home Depot.they're very knowledgeable about what you need & what section of the building it's in. And can direct you straight to the item you looking for. and the Home Depot employees, are very nice and friendly.

So they trust me to check myself out and pay but they don't trust me enough to walk to the front of the store with an item that I had to wait till the two people in front of me got their locked up item walk to the front couldn't walk up the same item for all three of us to the front. We each had to wait while they walked one item at a time locked up the gate and then came back and unlocked it and walked the next item up. What a joke. I guess they'll just make it so unpleasant that will shop for everything online.
