I called Susan for a quote on a sale inspection. Never authorized her to do any kind of work or service on my property, never gave her a credit card. 2 weeks later there driver went to my property and performed the service. She then proceeded to call me and demand payment. I told her I did not have the money to pay her that is why I never gave her my credit card or any authorization to do the work, or enter my property. 3 weeks later I found out she filed a mechanics lien. Now I have to hire an attorney and file a quiet title motion. Ridiculous. Worse customer service ever. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

They call you and tell you more than you cared to know about septic.

I called three different companies and interviewed them. The Honey Bucket Man was the best and performed thoughtfully and quickly. They were uniquely able to locate my tank, when no records or documents could be found by other similar companies. Kristy in research is uniquely good at what she does. Her exceptional research skills helped us save 100's of dollars other companies proposed charging.

They scheduled the job with in a few days and showed up promptly, found the exact physical location of the tank using new non invasive technology, cleared it and restored the site perfectly.

Their price is competitive and fair. The quality of work is outstanding.

Susan in administration, is polite and communicated proactively to make sure our needs were met.

They property serviced is off of Branciforte Dr at the end of a long rocked/dirt road having several older bridges. The Tank driver handled the drive out and back carefully had a pleasant agreeable personality - besides performing his job accurately and efficiently including clean up after.

I've used them about 7 years ago and they were okay but seemed to be new to the process. My neighbors had used their service a year ago and they were very happy with their service.
I thought I'd give them another try.
I called twice and left detailed messages stating I would need to have the tank cover dug up, which is only a foot underground is soft ground. I never received a return call.
Possibly they were extremely busy, on vacation or didn't want to dig up the top of the tank. But not returning my calls is unacceptable.

Oh my goodness! Honey Bucket Man came to our rescue today! Our septic tank was FULL. We called first thing this morning not expecting them to be able to actually help today. They told us that one of their trucks was in the shop and today looked impossible. Thank goodness they shuffled things around and squeezed us in. I'm so sorry for any inconvience it might have caused other customers but we had sewage seeping up in the shower.

I can see why they have so many five star reviews. This company is amazing. We had a septic issue, septic backing up into the house. They came out and pumped it on a Sunday. Yes, they charged extra but everyone else we called couldn't fit us in for days and most over a week.
We now know it isn't actually the septic but the leach field line that is probably the issue but at least now we know the next steps in a super timely manner so that we can go about our business and get the job done.

Have used The Honey Bucket man twice, and found them to be Professional , responsive, and quick.

Left an email late on a Friday, they reply back on Friday evening and then a call on Saturday in case it was an emergency, how's that for follow up service. Used them for years now and still quite happy with them.

I Had a septic backup with 7 guests in our house. When I called and explained the situation the very helpful call taker completely empathized and she said the driver could be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes on the dot, the truck was in my driveway. I highly recommend their service.
