I just browsed around some time last month, but it was very cool! Beautiful and unique shop, which included both new releases and a vintage selection--plus, very friendly folks working there.

      If you're a mystery/suspense reader, it's absolutely a must-visit.

I found this place by happenstance. It is a cozy little bookshop that has all mystery books. I started reading Christie Agatha book. They have this cool door that leads to who knows what.

It's definitely a place I will be frequenting since I love mysteries. Also their employees are so nice and knowledgeable and will help you out on what to get started if you are newbies.

I've been ordering from this store for years now. As the name says, they deal in mystery books of all kinds. You can find the latest releases or shop for rare books from Agatha Christie and A.C Doyle. Every shipment I've received from them has always been packaged carefully, and everything in pristine condition.

I have been lucky enough to visit the store in person as well and could easily spend the whole day browsing its shelves. They host author events, so check out their website to see who might be visiting in the near future. If you're a reader of mysteries, you have already heard of them, but if you haven't, visit the store or the website as I do.

      Love when my order arrives

"Nobody shoplifts from a store that knows 3,214 ways to murder someone." - Sign in the store

Mysteries, crime novels, whodunits and the like. The Mysterious Bookshop is wall to wall and floor to ceiling with page turners that will keep you wondering who murdered whom until the very end. New releases, old reprints whether it's famous like Sherlock Holmes or not.

There is air conditioning, comfortable seating, dimmed lighting and enough books to keep you entertained for your weekend.

Prices are not cheap but competing with Amazon isn't easy either. If you can support a local bookshop with even a small purchase, please do so. Here's your shot!

I love independent bookstores, and I must have walked past this place dozens of times over the years, walking down Warren Street. Having just gotten into mystery novels via Agatha Christie, I decided to step inside. The interior is very old school, with high walls of shelves. I was short on time, but this would be a great place to just explore the inventory. I wound up buying an Agatha Christie book and a store t-shirt - they have some really cool merch! If you are a fan of mystery, this place is a must visit. Come on.

This place is a bookworm's dream! So many great reads. The books are well curated and they are always quick to help me if I have any questions or want a recommendation.

Amazing bookstore! Lots to choose from. Just ordered a signed book from the website. I love their newsletter. Wish I lived closer so I could go to the book signings.

A one of a kind place. New reads, vintage books, from Ghost Stories to Whodunnits this is the place to go. Spacious, & fab neighborhood-if you're a tourist you'll find additional stops after being inspired to visit here. Charming staff. All ghouls up!

When I asked my daughter what she would write this book shop, she asked me if that was even a question?

Five stars for the welcoming staff and the wonderful books inside! So many books were signed by the authors and were original copies. We left after making a few choices and picking up a mysterious book shop T-shirt as well. We selected this as one of our must stop locations while we were staying in the Tribeca area. So glad we did!
