Great sewer service company. Wow. Really really happy I found them. Prompt, knowledgeable and effective.

Highly recommend! They worked hard to schedule an appointment despite their busy schedule and my own limited availability. Their tech arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem then resolved it with minimal hassle, for a very reasonable price at the lowest end of their estimate. Their tech fully cleaned up before leaving. Absolutely top marks across the board!

I contacted Anthony about a gas pipe inspection I needed for my condo and he was very quick to respond. He explained the Local Law 152 inspection process and told me what was involved. He was willing to send someone out first thing Monday morning to give me an estimate which I appreciated very much. I couldn't use him but was very impressed with the reviews I read on Yelp and told him I was actually looking forward to hiring him in the future! Even though it's not something many people would admit to, lol.

The work was done in timely manner. The work was thorough, no mess was left behind. The sewer is good

Best plumbers ever. Thank you so much Victor! I had no hot water and it was due to the water supply line not feeding into the tank

I had 2 plumbers come in and said it was a bigger issue and a building issue, victor came in and was able to find the issue within 15 mins! He noticed it was a check valve issue and was able to remove it and now my hot water is running!

Prior to calling them - I had another plumber come in and charged me for his work without even fixing the problem. Please do yourself the favor and call these guys they're knowledgeable and honest! Victor was awesome!

My kitchen sink was clogged bad, water would not go down and needed a plumber asap. Called, left a message and Jimmy returned my call at a reasonable time frame. Explained my situation, he quoted me a good price that was better than the competition. I want to add, that I sent another plumbing company on his way due to customer service skills the day before.
718-S&D came within the hour and was on point. Service was excellent and would highly recommend! No need to call anyone else.

Have used 718 Sewer & Drain on numerous occasions over the years and they truly are the best. In every instance I have had same day service. The most recent was earlier this year in May I had a slow drain in my backyard that Richie cleared. He explained that the heavy machinery that was being used is electric so always better to call for a slow moving drain rather than when you're experiencing flooding because they can't operate electrical equipment in the rain. Makes sense. Fast forward and I had some water coming in from heavy rain and called back to see if they could double check drains and main sewer lines. They stand behind their work, so Richie came a few hours ago, ran water throughout to make sure all drains and main sewer lines had no clogs, and pointed out what he thought might be the issue (non drain related, which we've promptly taken care of, and he was right!). Just great customer service and folks there who will not rip you off and get the job done.

Quick friendly professional- took care of a seeer backup in the kick of time. Office was professional plumber was great and explained everything. Recommend.

Had another company come to clear a clogged main sewer line and after running 60 feet of cable it still was clogged. Told me I needed high pressure flush to clear years of sludge that acculturated.
Price offered $1200 and I was like WTH and he could not do it that day. I decided to call the original 718 sewer and drain company to see if they had somebody that could help. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone although it was his day off he was quick to take a call and see if he could give us some assistance. Within three minutes I got a call back telling me a technician Victor would be there within the hour. Upon victors arrival I explained the situation with the other company what they did the first thing he did was open up the manhole cover in the street to check the main drain. Everything seems to be functioning normally there so he came in surmised the situation and said traditional snake would not be effective. He also recommended the high pressure cleaning although at half the price the other company had quoted. Still a bitter pill to swallow being a homeowner what choice do you have I put my faith in him he took care of the problem immediately courteously and efficiently. My pipes are now clean, LOL I did not think that they took advantage rather offered immediate and sound advice to remedy this situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and if you get Victor consider yourself lucky.
