Called Dan for a repair in order to fix a minor plumbing issue and a major exterior door. Both times he came through for us.
What sets Dan apart from other people in this business is his integrity and his "Dig it"! I fully trust him and strongly recommend him.

Dan is laser focused, professional, polite and seriously believes in helping people and doing the right thing. I have so much respect for him and I feel truly lucky to know him and be able to work with him. He is incredibly honest and trustworthy. He will never do wrong by you. He deserves the title of The San Diego Handyman - he is an actual superhero.

Dan first came to me to fix both of my doors and make my life and transition to an apartment more comfortable. He is the door whisperer. I have since had him back to hang a bunch of stuff on my empty walls and fix yet another door, lol. He also repainted my fireplace for me. My place feels like home pretty much entirely thanks to Dan's tireless work. He is super responsive and is there exactly when I need him. He is respectful of your time and generous with his.

I trusted Dan enough to send him to see my family. He ultimately could not fix her issue because it's basically a commerical property, but he saw a foundational issue that another company completely missed - a gigantic crack that's super dangerous! We are incredibly grateful for his eye, talent and honesty. Speaking of eyes, he's incredibly easy on them. I think he should use his face to advertise but I also get not wanting to be objectified lol. Anyway he's the sweetest. If you're lucky enough for him to work with you, you shouldn't hesitate. Dan is the BEST!!! I have nothing but great things to say. He was beyond helpful in my salon project. I initially hired him for a door install but then I basically had him demo and design the whole place and he nailed it. He's super knowledgeable, professional, efficient, skilled, and has so much experience. I trust him with my life at this point! 100/10

Dan was recommended by another contractor and was able to help with upgrading a rental property, fixing several items and improving on others. Communicates ideas well and listens to the client to generate options that makes the project work as a whole. Keeps change orders to a minimum and is competitive in pricing -- not the cheapest but does quality work with every effort to get it right the first time. Does amazing work with doors and framing especially, and has friends that can help when needed. He will also put in extra hours frequently and get tasks completed on schedule. I expect to keep him on my go-to list for the future!

Dan was reliable and very thorough when doing a sliding glass door repair. He is very methodical and does not over-commit to something he is not able to do quality work on. I will use him again in the future when the need arises.

Kenny came out to replace an exterior side door. The bottom of the door and bottom several inches of the frame on either side were rotten from decades of winter weather and the past couple years of heavy rain. The door was original to the house and had not been properly installed: no moisture barrier between the frame and the wall cutout, no sill at the base of the door to prevent water from leaking underneath, etc. Kenny fixed all that, even installing a metal door instead of the standard wood to increase its durability in its exposed position. Kenny was experienced, personable, and polite, and left the work site as clean as he had found it. They might not be the lowest priced option, but, if you care about a job done well, they are worth it. We are very satisfied with the results.

Dan came over with a few days notice to tackle a job he'd never done- it took him about 30 min to figure it out, and got that Fisher & Paykel dishwasher ventilating properly! He and Jadon were so kind, quick, and thorough- I'm keeping them on speed dial for future business. Thanks guys- loved my experience with you (twice this week)!

Dan arrived on time with everything he needed to change out my non-working, leaking toilet. (He asked me about my toilet preferences in advance and picked out the perfect one). I've used Dan before for kitchen plumbing issues and will definitely use him in the future. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional while also being personable.

Friendly, knowledgeable, versatile, experienced and has the right equipment and tools. Not cheap but fair in this market. That must be why he has such great reviews.

Dan was very responsive, and immediately made me feel comfortable that he could take on the whole job and understood how to solve each problem. He brought a crew of 3, and completed all the necessary repairs in half a day. Dan was in communication with me daily from our initial call until the day the work was performed. He consulted me through several ideas to complete the work without unnecessary complexity and expense. He is a true professional, and can be your trusted advisor for home repairs. I'm sure I'll call him again for more substantial jobs in my home.
