TLDR food was average but service was great!

My friends and I were super hangry by the time we sat down (due to non Table related reasons) so we were super ready to eat. The server was so amazingly kind and sympathetic to our mood too. We were able to order quickly and out food came out within 10-15 minutes. The drinks we ordered came out quickly too and two of us ordered coffee, which was refilled promptly.

The food was good. There wasn't anything amazing about it, I would just say it's solid brunch food. I liked the texture of the hash browns too. One thing that was interesting was the duck mousse. I expected something that tasted more like liver or pate but it was very sweet and sour. When I mixed it with the balsamic that was on top it tasted better but it was just an unexpected taste for me.

This is my 3rd(?) time here and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Horchata was lovely- Not too sweet.
BLT extra bacon on a soft bread was delightful. Worried that the tomatoes would be too much but they were thin perfectly sliced.
Chilaquiles I will not ordee again. The sauce reminded me of a store bought can of red enchilada sauce.
Chicken fried steak wasn't seasoned well, gravy was also bland.
      Crispy chicken sandwich worked well

**The Table**: A Brunch Delight with a Side of Bottomless Mimosas!

If you're on the hunt for a fantastic brunch spot, look no further than The Table. My recent visit with friends was nothing short of delightful, though not without a few quirks.

      **The Atmosphere**:
On a bustling Sunday morning, The Table was quite lively. We were informed of a 30-minute wait, which extended to an additional 30-45 minutes for food. Despite the wait, the interior ambiance was charming and intimate, featuring a pleasant background music volume that didn't overpower conversation. We were seated near the bar, which was a cozy spot to start our brunch experience.

      **The Bottomless Mimosas**:
The highlight of our brunch was undoubtedly the bottomless mimosas. Given the slow food service and our empty stomachs, we found ourselves pleasantly tipsy by the time our meals arrived. The mimosas were generously refilled and were the perfect complement to our brunch.

      **The Food**:
Our group sampled a variety of dishes:
      - **Toast and Mussels**: The mussels were served in a delightful white wine sauce, and the toast that accompanied them was excellent for soaking up the flavorful broth. A definite standout.
      - **Bone Marrow**: Rich and creamy, this dish was a luxurious treat. Paired with toast, it was a decadent addition to our meal.
      - **Chicken Fried Steak**: This was the letdown of the meal. While the dish was well-presented, the steak itself was quite plain and lacked the seasoning needed to make it truly memorable, even with the gravy.
      - **Omelet of the Day**: My boyfriend's choice turned out to be a hit. He found it flavorful and satisfying, and I have no reason to doubt his judgment.

      **Service**:
Our server was incredibly kind and accommodating. When my boyfriend discovered that the crab and avocado toast was sold out that morning, the server guided us to other options with great patience and helpfulness. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience.

      **Overall Experience**:
Despite a few minor issues with the food, particularly the chicken fried steak, The Table still earns a solid 5-star rating from me. The bottomless mimosas, the intimate atmosphere, and the exceptional service made the brunch worthwhile. I'm looking forward to trying different entrees on my next visit, as the overall experience was well worth the hype.

**a good experience, but nothing to go out of your way for**

Take my experience with a grain of salt because the way I brunch might not be the way you brunch.

When I brunch, I want to feel like I'm digging into my comfort food; that I'm being filled with dishes that are hearty and rich. After eating here, I felt like I was still craving something more, like I didn't eat enough.

ALSO, 3% fee added if you use credit card, no fee with debit.

      --
Virgin Bloody Mary: 10/10. Loved every part of it! Tomato juice with a kick, a twist, and more.

      --

      Food

Bone marrow: these pieces had a decent amount of meat and marrow! For $24, I feel like the price was fair.

Ceviche: skip. Absolutely not worth. I had much better, more flavorful ceviche and for less. Also, 5 chips? Good enough for the minuscule amount of food we received for paying over $20 for it, but overall felt like this dish was lacking too much.

Ham eggs Benedict: the sous vide eggs were a total miss for me... it was just tooooooo runny, too goopy, and it felt like I was just eating a melted puddle of raw egg. I'm not a fan of goopy, raw egg whites, and this was just mostly that. Also, kind of fun that the hole is filled with the egg, but I missed having the nice stack that the classic Benedict's have. Hash brown was really wonderfully crispy, though!

Shrimp and grits: I strongly liked this dish! It is shrimp, it is grits.

Service was incredibly slow?? My party and I showed up late to our reservation, but it still took another decent amount of time to get seated. (Enough time for one of us to stand and wait, use the bathroom, come back, and have to wait more.)
Based on the tables I observed, turnaround time for clearing and setting up tables is pretty slow. Many un-bussed tables, many empty tables, but it still took us a surprising amount of time to get seated.

Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and it arrived all at once after one of us got up and said we had somewhere to be in less than 20 minutes. How strange????? But maybe something was happening on the backend... who knows?

      --

Ambiance is nice though! Cute spot, would come for the vibes, but not so much the food or service.

The ambiance was nice and the service was great. Sadly, the main dishes were just ok.

We both decided on the two fish specials, Ono and Halibut. Presentation was nice but the dish was overcooked :(. And the corn risotto that accompanied the Ono was very soupy.

The only food item that we enjoyed was the bread with the ricotta and olive oil and the zucchini cakes.

Too bad the specials were not to our liking, otherwise we would have come back to try there regular item on the menu. They looked really good at the table next time us.

The Table is conveniently located with plenty of parking available.

The restaurant has an open layout with a few tables inside. When we walked in for a weekday brunch, we were immediately seated. Our server was very nice and attentive.

      Here's what we ordered:

      - **Lemon Ricotta Pancakes**: 4/5These come as two pieces with raspberry on top and lemon sauce drizzled on it. The pancakes are soft but heavy and fluffy at the same time. The lemon curd is sweet and tangy. They are truly perfect.

      - **Salmon Benedict**: 5/5This dish also came with hashbrowns, which were crispy and delicious. The salmon on top of the eggs was just right, and we even asked for extra salmon.

      - **Avocado Toast**: 5/5Another favorite. The avocado was fresh, the bread was perfect, and the arugula on top made for a healthy yet tasty breakfast.

I also tried their Ube oat milk. 3/5. It was okay, though a bit too sweet for my taste. I had to ask for extra oat milk because I couldn't really taste the ube. Despite this, it was still enjoyable.

Overall, I would say this restaurant is great. The service is good, the location is perfect, and the food is excellent. Portions are well-sized, and while it might be a bit on the pricey side, I will definitely come back when I am in the area.

Menu was somewhat hard to read, however we were able to pick out drinks much easier. The service was great and all interactions were kind. We loved the outside wind and music.
They said there is a new menu coming that they're working so will be back to see that! Might be hard to dine at with simple eating guests

Absolutely love the table! One of my favorite go-to spots.

While I always to take a picture of their burger, I have to share that it's a must try. The best pairings for the burger would have to be their French fries - I don't know how they make the outside so crunchy but the inside so soft - but I'm glad they do. Can't go wrong with a nice thick cut.

I'm not the biggest fan of kale, but the kale Caesar salad is amazing here. I've had it with chicken before and I've had it with fish as well. You really cannot go wrong. The kale really gives the classic Caesar salad a nice twist, a touch of bitterness that I didn't realize I'd like but find my self comparing to other places.

Their ceviche is also really great, made with rock cod. I have found that whenever I order fish here it's always really good however nothing compares to their Chilean Seabass. I'm honestly also a really big fan of their tomato soup with the twist to the grilled cheese that comes with it.

Service care can be both fast and slow, so make sure you plan ahead to make reservations. They do take walk-ins but this place is so popular. It's just nice to call ahead or come in earlier, put your name on the list and take a walk down the street.

This place is super casual. You can sit inside or outside. Either way it's gonna be a good time.
