Several businesses reached out with various quotes, but Luigi stood out by offering the best possible rate right from the start. He was extremely pleasant to talk to and patiently answered all my questions over the phone.
When Luigi came by to replace the water heater, he took the time to explain everything in detail. His expertise and friendly demeanor really impressed me. He did an excellent job!

We contacted a few places first thing Saturday morning -- several responded quickly but Luigi was very knowledgeable right off the bat with a few Q&A, priced reasonably, and was able to replace our water heater the same day. Impressively he did all the work himself and was done in less than 2 hours and walked me through all the settings. Easy peasy!

When it came to water heaters I checked out YELP and other online sources. After having spoken to Luigi I was convinced that this was the company to use for my water heater and recirculating pump replacement.
Why? Because Luigi spent the time to explain to me why the water heater brand they use was the best. He told me that this was the brand used in his own home. He shared with me some components that were proven superior over some other brands.
I needed to get this work done sooner rather than later and Luigi was able to accommodate a time that worked for me.
Francis was the water heater installer. He arrived within the time promised. He was very friendly AND more importantly, was very patient in walking me through what he was doing. Looking at my old water heater installation and the one that Francis installed was such a BIG improvement. The pipes and the water heater were solidly installed and the final look was so much more clean looking!

Ludgi is very helpful in guiding me through first step of resetting my water heater. He offered me a phone call and explained to me what to look for briefly and concisely.

I noticed I had no hot water so I called the water heater guys to come out and take a look. Instead, the nice guy on the phone walked me through resetting the water heater. It worked like a charm.
