If you are planning to have a new HVAC system in your house, please consider Henry and the Therma Tech team very seriously. They are the best in business in the bay area.

When we planned to replace the existing HVAC system in our house, I reached out to various top-rated installers on Yelp. Henry was among the most proactive ones to respond, and he immediately scheduled the consultation with his salesperson, Lars.

Lars came across as extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't try to push any solutions to us. Instead, he provided us with pros and cons of installing various furnaces and systems with different stages and efficiency.

The quote provided by Therma Tech were not necessarily the cheapest but offered good value and were competitive with other quotes we received.

The execution team from Therma Tech had expert professionals. They managed the project efficiently, kept the jobsite clean, communicated proactively and yes there were a few issues that they encountered, but they didn't shy away from the problems, they owned them and solved them (for example, the air flow in the Master bedroom was not great, but they proactively fixed it). The best part is that the inspector who came to inspect the installation and approve it, said to us that your installer has done a good job!!

My HVAC was installed in June, and we have gone through a cycle of summer and winters. We are very satisfied with both the cooling and heating of the system installed by Therma Tech.

Henry and his team are ethical, well-trained, and experienced HVAC professionals, and in my view the best team in the Bay Area.

If ever we need any HVAC work done in my house or need to recommend HVAC installer to my friends, I know that I am going to reach out to Henry and introduce my friends to him, knowing that they'll be taken care-off, as I was!!

Our 1970's AC went out on a Sunday during a heatwave.
We called many companies and Therma Tech called me back with in an hour and came out even though they were closed. We ended up hiring Therma Tech to replace our current A/C unit with a duel fuel heat pump. Every step along this journey was a fantastic experience. Every person, from my first frantic call to the finished job was met with experienced, conscientious and knowledgeable people who cared about doing the job right and doing it well. Henry, Majid and Alex were exceptional and we are very pleased we called Thema Tech.

Our AC Compressor just stopped working, Called Therma Tech. When I called in, the operator walked me through several checks to see if we could solve the problem over the phone, No Joy! They were able to send a technician out within hours of my call. Techs were courteous and professional. Repaired our unit in about a half hour. Most excellent support and service, I would highly recommend Therma Tech if you find yourself with a downed AC unit,

Our air conditioner went out during last weeks heatwave. I called several repair/ installers and was given dates more than a week out. I guess everyone was busy. When I called Therma Tech they (Whoever ran the front desk was very good) told me they could squeeze me in for an evaluation. Henry arrived a few hours later and explained what could be causing the lack of cold air. He showed me what to do while he went to other jobs and said he would be back later in the day. His directions helped but did not fix it totally. When he return he was able to do an in-depth analysis and replaced a weak performing part. The change was immediately noticeable. He asked me to call the shop the next day and if it was fixed they would bill me then. I am truly grateful for his fast response and knowledge.

The technician, Samantha, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. She explained why our AC wasn't working correctly, got it up and running quickly and advised what we should do in the future. We recommend Therma Tech whenever we can and will be repeat customers.

I had high expectations after reading great reviews about the company, but when I called twice, the representative, Vicki, hung up on me both times. Her customer service was extremely disappointing.

Extremely responsive. Found the problem and fixed the same day. Wow! Highly recommended!

Excellent experience with this company. They throughly explained every step of process. The quality of their workmanship was excellent.

Therma Tech did a great job of repairing our air conditioning. They gave us a thorough explanation of what caused the problem and what would be needed to fix it. We didn't have to wait long for the work to be done, and I felt the price was fair.
