We called them to deal with a rat infestation problem in a garage that damaged our car and to consider an ongoing plan. Picked them because of these excellent reviews.

An employee came a few days later, looked around, and proposed replacing an existing rubber bottom door strip on an outdoor door with a metal strip for $300. I asked about adding traps in the garage and he said that is best addressed by protecting the outside with bi-monthly treatments. He said he didn't see a need for traps or to do anything else in the garage. He saw no signs of rats, although he didn't spend much time looking.

I subsequently contacted another company and they found rat droppings in the garage and added traps.

5 stars for quick response, 1 star for not offering a solution to my problem and trying to sell me an overpriced door strip that I replaced for $40.

Charlie is our service tech for monthly insect control. He is such a nice person and always so friendly. I also appreciate that he's so responsive to texts.

Robin and Shawn are great to communicate with for scheduling appointments. Robin answered my questions super patiently when I wanted to make sure that the spray was pet-safe (it is, once dried - And it dries almost instantly!)

We've been using thrasher Pest Control for a few months. Christian is our regular guy. He does a great job keeping our place free and knocking down the spiderwebs. The company responds promptly to request. Service technician is on time, pleasant, and responsive.

I've been using Thrasher Termite & Pest Control for quite a few years for their standard quarterly treatment. Their pricing is competitive but that stands out is their customer service. From the receptionist to the service technician, they are always courteous and professional. Raul has been our technician for a while now and he's a great communicator, tells us what pest behave which way and can be treated in what manner.

Raul is always extremely flexible when I request for specific indoor or outdoor treatments. Even in the summer, we are pretty pest free indoor after treatments. Toward the end of the quarter, we do see a little more pests as expected but Thrasher allows a couple of extra treatments a year if that happens.

Worked with Raul this past week, he came buy to do a general pest spray/ant bait for ants and spiders. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I use Thrasher for our annual termite inspection and during the summer for a one-time insect/spider treatment on the house. Christian was the technician this summer and he did a great job all around at our property. As expected with Thrasher, he checked in with us and then did a really thorough job. I appreciate how Thrasher has a follow up to the pest treatment 2-weeks later where they come back and treat again. It's a service that is really professional and worth the cost. Mark is our guy here in Coronado. Always courteous and nice to speak with. Rarely see any bugs with our quarterly spray. if we do, they are dead.
