I have a long experience with Screen printers and a lot of it is not good.

Josh just nailed it on all fronts.
I sent him the vector art file of our company logo. He got back to me in just a few days with mock ups.

I explained the importance of the color accuracy and how that had been a problem in the past. He delivered our shirts one week later perfectly done.

Fair pricing, outstanding service and superior quality, can't say enough.

Josh was enthusiastic about providing our small company with branded t-shirts in a short run with a quick turn-around. Despite the pressure to deliver quickly, he still produced a superior product with excellent printing and vibrant colors. When I think of custom t-shirts, I'll think of Thread Monster first!

Josh and hiss staff very friendly and professional. I had a meet and greet with Josh the owner and after about 20 min of telling him my vision we were on the same page and I put my order in. He has everything down to a science to make your experience at Thread Monster a great one! He even has a graphic design guy on staff to bring your vision to life! They are great at what they do so they are booked out about 2 weeks out and even 3 weeks during the holidays. Josh promised my goods by Thanksgiving and I received them on Tuesday before Thanksgiving! I will be using them again and will defiantly be recommending them to everyone in my circle. Josh and his crew created these awesome shirts for my Jiu Jitsu team. Super impressed and everyone loved them. Thread Monster's communication/response time is quick, professional and on point. Shirts are high quality and has vibrant colors. They really put a lot of work into what they do. Will go again.

Awesome experience! They were able to help me recreate a complex design when my previous vendor retired and the communication was perfect from start to finish! He kept me in the loop throughout the process and contacted me as soon as the project was ready for pickup. I will definitely be using Thread Monster for reorders and future projects!

Owner was called several times and emailed with no response back(left messages as well). I called a third time finally got a hold of Josh and he asked me to email him with the details of my job. To date still no response. I had to pick up my merchandise as I left it with them with a hand written note. Still no call back. They must be busy beyond belief or turning business away. Josh is nice guy but does not follow up. I'll take my business elsewhere. Owner claims I never emailed him. Email was sent on July 22nd at 5:22PM. If they are large images check your spam folder.

Josh and his team are bar non, the most professional T-Shirt company I've ever dealt with. From start to finish everything was absolutely seamless (no pun intended).
