When it comes to service, there is none, service department is super lame and completely unresponsive.

stop there today,took one their used vehicle out for test drive , came back been told the the one already sold.why they do somethinglike that.do not trust them.buy you something you can trust.

Staff is nice and knowledgable. Mercedes make great, dependable vehicles even if they are expensive to maintain. Not buying a new Mercedes, though, because they are too slow to offer electric vehicles. Times are changing, Mercedes is not.
