Thuy T Bui, DDS - Alameda Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I just have to give a shout out to Dr Thuy Bui and her staff. I recently moved to Alameda and have been going to Dr Bui. I have to say that, with every visit, I have been happy and satisfied with the following things: 1) their level of professionalism. Everyone is personable and friendly/knowledgeable. 2) the office is clean/sanitary. The overall envir is quiet/serene. 3) the parking, always right in front of the office is a definite plus :))

Dr. Bui and staff are amazing! I was greeted warmly and git such personalized care! It felt like visiting a friend and they did not rush through my treatment. We chatted about food of all things! I'm so glad I found them being new to the island! Thank you and I'll see you again soon for my next cleaning! :)

Went to Dr Bui for the first time this week and I'm so glad I did. She took the time to explain all that's going on with my teeth and what needs to be done to fix it. Left me feeling very confident that she'll do what it takes to make my teeth as healthy as possible. Her staff was also very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend Dr Bui. You won't be disappointed. Dr Bui and staff are excellent. I love a dentist with small hands who cares. Dr Bui offers practical suggestions for the long term care of my teeth and oral health, cleanings are done efficiently and on time and I really appreciate her friendly and professional office staff. I had been looking for a new dentist for a while and was referred to Dr. Bui by a friend. I'm so glad. Dr. Bui and her team were great. Dr. Bui gave me a thorough exam and carefully reviewed her recommendations to get my teeth back into better health. I felt very comfortable in her care and look forward to continuing as a patient.

This is my first visit to Dr Bui's office due to change in my healthcare insurance and my former dentist retirement. I found this office via Yelp and emailed them as a first time patient. The office staff member Yao was so friendly and helpful on the phone that I was assured of a stellar office visit come March. Just had my cleaning with Dr Bui this week and found her very supportive of my current mouth and dental hygiene and a prospective restorative crown in my near future. Parking was easy and convenient as my cleaning appointment was mid-day. Since my recent history of multiple X-rays from previous dental procedures in the last 4 months, Dr Bui did not recommend more diagnostics new patient X-rays since I may be at my radiation tolerance limit.
I will follow up on this review come May when my mouth is ready for my restorative crown.

My dentist retired, so I asked friends to recommend a new dentist for me. Two people recommended Dr. Thuy Bui, and I thank them! Dr. Bui took the time to explain everything she was doing. She was very thorough and gentle, and accommodated my dental anxiety without seeming annoyed!

This office is one of the cleanest and most professional practices that I've been to in a long time. Every area of this place from the waiting room to the exam area to the restrooms are spotless and completly sanitized. Their exam area is very comforting, the "mood" music and soothing blue sky light covers make every appointment a peaceful experience. Dr.Bui is one of the greatest dentist in Alameda, she always takes her time to fully evaluate each patient's specific needs and does a great job in getting everyone's teeth to tip top shape.
