Highly recommend this Tires Direct. Fast, friendly service with fantastic prices. Ali and Rujan are great guys who are happy to assist in keeping your car well maintained. They informed me about any issues they may have found and provided a quote for that work without that pushy salesman pressure found at other establishments.

And they don't just do tires...hit them up for oil changes and all wheel/tire related work (brakes, alignments, etc...)

Tires Direct repaired a tire that competitor said was irreparable. Competitor ( "flamerock" ) in El Cerrito wanted to sell me a new tire at $615.

We needed new front brakes on my wife's 2014 CRV. My first quote from a well-reviewed tire place in El Cerrito was $670 including two hours of labor plus $300+ parts. Berkeley Minicar, (the gold standard in Honda repair) quoted $750, but promised to use genuine Honda parts. Our regular garage quoted $498 but couldn't do it for a week. We're hoping to replace the car in a few months, so we didn't want to drop a bunch of money into the car.

Tires Direct squeezed us in same day, and the bill came to $368. The service writer was super nice, and they got it done in about an hour.

And so much for two hours of labor at $112/hour from garage #1.

So I would definitely give Tires Direct a call for anything tire, wheel or axel related.

Can't believe I've never been here before to get tires. Prices are very competitive. Their customer service--on the phone and in person--is superb. (Thank you, Ali!) Great location and parking. I picked up four Bridgestone DriveGuard Plus, and they also did an alignment for me. This is my new tire place.

I had a piece of thick wire that was impaled in my tire causing a slow leak. What a drag. I took the car to the tire store I was most familiar with, one that I'd bought tires from in the past, TireChoice (formerly Goodyear) in Albany, and asked if they could help me. Well, not exactly, because they couldn't fit me in that day, and the guy behind the desk was not enthusiastic about helping me the next day either, so after a long, awkard, silent stare, I took the hint and said, "So I should take it somewhere else?", and he just nodded, yes. (Maybe they were having a bad day, I don't know.) So I googled tires in my area and looked at reviews, and then phoned Tires Direct and asked if they repaired tires, and was told "Yes", and I was able to take it there, wait 45 minutes for the repair and was charged 30 bucks. The guy behind the front desk was professional and very easy-going. It was no big deal for them, they were more than happy to help. So I had to write this review and say well done, and I'll be buying my next set of tires from them, too.

When putting on the spare that I thought had been patched, the AAA rep said that the tire only had plug-based repaired. Called Tires Direct to see if could fix the original flat and redo the spare now on my car with an actual patch. I was quoted a price for doing both tires and made an appointment.

When I showed up for my appointment, I was seen immediately and directed to a very clean and comfortable waiting room. After roughly 30 minutes, I was told my car was done.

When checking out, I was told that the spare AAA installed actually had a patch AND a plug, making it extra durable. I was also told that tire didn't match the size of the other three on the car, so they re-installed the original, but newly patched tired so all of the tires would be the same. The tire AAA thought was merely plugged was securely put back in place, and I was only charged for the one tire they replaced.

Any shop could have charged for two tire repairs, even if it only did one repair, because I wouldn't have known otherwise; however, this shop's honesty makes will willing to refer it and return to it should I need tires. Thank you!

Had two flat tires replaced here after hitting a curb in the city. They were reasonably priced and delivered fast and friendly service. Definitely can see myself coming back here for future vehicle services.

I took my car here for the first time, I could say that the team works perfect and very respectful. Made me feel welcome and not feel stupid/dumb for the lack of car knowledge. I came with a list that needed to be done. Oil service, replacement of suspension, brakes & more. The team works fast and precise, they did oil change & other services on the first day, had to leave my car due to parts arriving the next day. Second day comes & car is done with new parts installed. I just had to come, pay & pick up my car. They have amazing financial services that helps if you low on budget. The car feels like new and smooth to drive now, I don't feel my steering wheel shaking or any of the squeaky noise from my back tires. I totally recommend this shop. I will be coming back here from now on.

My car was broken for the past 3 months and needed new suspenssion, brakes, oil change, alightment and more. The service is amazing ! They give you detail on every spec of the car, the inspection is done quick and a lot of feedback which i like. So my car been having many issues do to a hit and run accident that happened on 2022. They have great financial payment methods that helps a lot. Everything was done within the timelap of 2 days. Which is amazing !!!!!! Needed the car ASAP. Due to car shows coming up. After the first day of inspection and a clean up from the radiator & oil service, the whole team works perfectly. The prices are good match for our budget, It's convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. All l had to do was show up with the car and let the technicians do their magic.

I was their regular customer but lately when they move to much bigger place they become unreliable specially when i came to get my car wheel alignment fix because i put a spacer and it vibrates when i go 65 to 75miles,I thought the problem will be solved if i bring it to them but it didn't happened. After the alignment i didnt used my car for a week but when i used it and i go on 68 to 75miles the vibration is still their so i came back and told them what happened. They asked if i put something on it? I said there's a apacer and they replied they will not fix it unless i get rid off the spacer. So i told them they should've check it in the first place and the spacer is already there when I brought them the car, so their answer is NO THEY WILL NOT FIX IT AND I HAVE TO TAKE THE SPACER OFF. So, its like i paid $110 for nothing.
