Tires Direct

Outstanding service! I took a turn too quickly and hit the curb when pulling into a neighboring business. I immediately busted my tire in a spot that was not repairable. I was advised to contact Tire Direct, and was astounded at how helpful they were. My car has specialized tires that have to be ordered, which can sometimes cause a significant delay and they were able to get them for delivery for next day. I was very appreciative of their reactiveness and helpfulness to my situation because my car did not have a spare (most new cars don't) and my car had to be towed so I had to make a quick decision about where to go. The staff was also able to advise of a better tire to use - same manufacturer and look as my current tires, but recommending all season tires instead of summer tires, which ended up being cheaper. I have used American Tires in the past, but they would not order the tires for me until my car was on site, they wouldn't even take my card over the phone to process. So American Tires lost a customer and Tires Direct gained a new one.

Another 5 star experience!!! The owners helped me out again. I ordered the wrong tires by mistake for our Honda pilot and they helped me out getting a new set of shoes that were the right ones at a very reasonable price. I will be returning with all my vehicles (we run a handyman company so have a fleet with multiple trucks and vans running) by far the most affordable tires in the Bay Area.

I'd recommend the dcenti brand for any trucks, vans or SUV.

They're quiet, comfortable and have good traction & tread wear ratings.

With tire prices from other shops pushing $1600-2000 these guys were a huge relief coming in at about 1/3 the price of all the other companies even after the mount and balance.

They also do flat repairs, Allignments, wheels, and much more.

5 stars again for these guys!

Came when I got flat driving nearby. They were fantastic! They were able to take me immediately and replaced the tire in maybe 30 min total. Price was well below what anyone else quoted me.

Found out later I had a leak in the another tire and they were again able to take my car and find the leak super fast.

Highly recommended if you need a fast and trustworthy place for fixing or replacing your tires.

greatest customer service in the east bay. they were fast. i was there for no more then one hour. bringing my 1958 next !!!

Honest, reliable people! I went in with a low pressure symbol. My left rear hubcap was over the valve, so I couldn't add air. Antonio checked all 4 tires, added air to specs and correctly installed the hubcap. All in 15 minutes, and no charge!

Our tire pressure started dropping quickly when we were on the freeway right by Lafayette. I yelped tire repair and found this place. I called and they said they were closing soon but if we could get there in the next 15 min, they would stay open!! They quickly accessed the problem and patched the tire for approx $30. We were far from home and let us get to our destination and back, approx 120 miles. The patch held until the next day. We are so thankful they stayed open for us and we're so efficient and courteous. I'm not often in the East bay, but would highly recommend them to locals . Their prices were very good.

Have used their services several times for my Toyota Prius, have always had a good experience. Nice guys and quality service.
