I was very impressed with Tires Unlimited!

I was in the market for some new a full set of tires. After doing my research online and asking a few friends, I feel like I had a pretty good idea of what tires I wanted.

I never had a great experience with a tire shop before, so I decided to see what Yelp would recommend in my area. Tires Unlimited was close by and had a great rating in comparison to other places. Rightfully so!

Gene (store manager) answered the phone when I called to ask for a quick quote on some tires I wanted. He was very friendly, enthusiastic and eager to help. He answered all of my questions, gave honest feedback on the tires I wanted and even suggested another tire that was a better fit for my criteria. I tentatively set an appointment for the next day and decided to research Gene's suggested tire. Every review I found backed up Gene's recommendation. That built my trust in Gene and Tires Unlimited.

Today I went in to get the tires installed. It was a great experience. The shop was very clean and tidy. All the staff members were smiling and very friendly. Gene gave me an estimate of 3 hours to complete the job (install 4 new tires and do the alignment). He over delivered. My car was ready in less then two hours! My experience was very effortless.

Thank you Yelp for leading me to this great tire shop and thank you Gene and Tires Unlimited! I will be coming back there for all my tire needs.

Took my Subaru for oil change and their multi point digital inspection found a few other things they brought to my attention.
Brian in the office was very polite and pleasant and I'll definitely return for other maintenance to be done in the future.

I got a nail in my tire. The guy there lied to me about the tread depth remaining on the other tires (I had measured them first with a caliper), and when I asked him to see his tread depth gauge measurement, he wouldn't show me, just laughed at me and told me the tires needed to be replaced.

Tires were not cleaned and looked gross and covered with lube when I got the car back.

The price was reasonable though.

Make sure you do your own measurements if you're going to come here.

I brought my new to me 2014 BMW 535i in for Air Conditioning Service because of no cold air. I was advised by Gene that the Evaporator was leaking and the AC Compressor and System is not engaging. I was quoted around $5500 to fix this problem which included removing the dashboard and replacing the leaky Evaporator and recharge. Gene even reached out to my Extended Warranty company to cover the repair, but the Evap wasn't covered under my plan. So, what to do? I need Air Conditioning. I needed a second opinion, this was a good chunk of money to dish out. I was referred to a shop in Santa Clara named Root Autoworks. Jin diagnosed my problem and found no leak. He basically recharged the system with R134a and low and behold I have freezing cold air now and charged me only $220.

I have recently taken FOUR cars to Stress Free Auto for service and now will never go back! I feel lied to and almost taken.. When you call in and put on hold, you hear their slogan being honest and trustworthy, I don't believe it.

Gene and the team are amazing. My car unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed in. Even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment they were prompt in assessing my car. Gene was straightforward, answered all my questions, and was super helpful even when I decided not to proceed with the repair. 100% recommend!

First time having my car serviced here and as the name implies the whole transaction was stress-free! Brian & Trevin did a great job with the scheduling and getting me a quote for a transmission fluid change on a 2012 G37. It was also one of the lower quotes I received while looking online, plus it came with an awesome complimentary DETAILED inspection of the rest of the car.
