Tirezilla

Went to the store today to replace my flat tire. To be honest, I don't know if they had even replaced any tire before. Let start with the process of taking the tire down, they placed bumper jack in wrong place and start to raise the level, then I heard the unfriendly crack sound that coming from where they tried to raise the car. Then they told me it is fine, and I said it is not okay when you see the plastic is bended horribly. The best part is that they pretended of not having seen anything. Because of that, I had to use my own tools to raise the car. Next, they tried to replace the new tire into the rim, and I heard, again, an unfriendly sound. After that, I saw curb rash damage on my rim. DO YOU THINK THAT WOUND END OF THE STORY? Of course not, When they placed the tire back to my car, they didn't screw properly. I heard weird scratch sound that comes from the new tire while I was doing my test drive. Because of that, I WAS TAKING DOWN THE TIRE AGAIN, ALONE, IN FRONT OF THE STORE WHILE THEY JUST STOOD ON THE SIDE. At the end, they had done quite few scratches on my car and rim, and things they do are offering new tire and installing new tire into rim while damaging my rim. I paid $130 for the entire process while I was forcing to help replacing the tire.

I had my rear fenders rolled here and the mechanic was a master at his job. Professionally done and i was pleased with his work. Took him less than 30 minutes to do the job. Now my tires are not being hit by my fenders. Thank you for the amazing work. 5/5

Highly recommend for quick tire fixes & repairs. Service technician is very quick at attending to your needs, as soon as you check in. He also is very fast in checking the issue and letting you know the proposed solution. He was prompt in reverting back once the tire was available in stock and kept it ready for our arrival. Quick installation & service.

Never coming back here again... brought in some high end wheels and told them specifically to be careful. They scratched them up in multiple places, no apologies or anything. I was in a hurry to get the rims on and they were open and had some decent reviews but never again. Tried to offer me 100 dollars to fix the scratches and dent they left in the rims, didnt even bother

Updated from last review of changing two rear tires. Unfortunately the fixed tires run flat again. Actually we didn't even drive the car but after one day they're flat. We went back the store. Another staff (different from the one who helped us fixed the tires yesterday) told us they were fixed at the positions incorrectly. So he suggested ordered two new tires there.

Don't waste your money! They do not honor any type of warranty and charge to fix the covered tire! Never coming here again!

Ever since I discovered Tirezilla, I've consistently chosen them for tire changes and more. Their prices are excellent, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely great service. After 2 miserable visits at Fremont Costco Tires (Its the most arrogant and lousy place I have ever seen. Sorry Costco Your tire department just sucks customer service wise) , I just called Tirezilla whixh is just stonethrow and they cixed my simple tire puncture which Costco could not even find and never apologzied also for doing lousy servixe first time
when they arrogantly said sorry too late you came at 9:15 instead of 9 at a costco and we cant take you.

Do not use Tirezilla. Their cost is cheap because their quality of work is cheap and attitude poor. Rupinder is rude and his staff is incompetent. You cannot ask customer service anything, they are incapable of original thought and their only response is wait for Rupinder to show up. I needed tires I shipped to them through Simple Tire returned for reimbursement and they couldn't be bothered for weeks to just attach the packing slip. I needed a signature on an inspection form certifying my tires were replaced now road safe, they refused because it was "extra work". They ruined the hubs on my brand new 2023 vehicle stripping the threads and refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of damage. 4 Hubs at $1366 each improperly installed and over torqued. They are not worth the time or your business.

I love this place. When I got there, they went right to work. Told me exactly what to expect, and met my service needs right away. Owners are very friendly and the value of the service was top notch. Affordable and high quality don't usually mesh but it definitely does here! Thanks for taking care of the scratches and making it look like new!
