I called around and got estimates before I used this place to empty out my Mom's house of everything. There was a larger company but they were double the price.

They go by how much stuff you have and it's in squared yards. I think it's around 50 to 52 per squared yard. The owner came and he was really nice. The estimate is free and most offer this to.

My sisters added to the stuff that was going with them. I should of got an updated price before but it wasn't bad since it was a lot more stuff. The price rose about 700 more . We still went with them because it was still 200 off the other company without the extra stuff. Still not bad. It took almost all day for them to get everything out of the house. It was two trips tot he dump and the owner had to break away from a wedding to finish it up. Great service.

The only thing was that we had a bunch of donations stuff and they took it but they smashed it up so I am sure it went to the dumps to. I know we had them take it away but just know once they have it . it's up to them what to do with it. I didn't care since I just wanted everything gone. Happy with the job.
