Titan Relocation Services

I've gone through several moves during the past few years. My past experiences with a couple other moving companies have ranged from acceptable to a horrible.

Based on the reviews from Yelp, I decided to go with Titan's services. I'm glad I did.

My team of two movers were very punctual arriving precisely at 9AM! Both movers were very friendly and worked swiftly and carefully. One of my movers is a huge baseball fan like myself. I enjoyed our baseball conversation, it was refreshing to meet another rare knowledgeable baseball fan. I only wished my movers didn't finish so quickly, so we could've talked some baseball a bit longer.

I'll definitely be using Titan again for my future moves!

This was the second time using Titan. First time was great, the team were composed of strong hard workers. Second time the team was composed of young G leaguers that got the job but didn't care about your property and the property of others. If pictures can say 100 words, check it out, you be the judge.

The leader didnt cover up any of the railings on the stairs when I specifically told him to protect the walls. When I asked him he said "they didn't tell me or give me the padding" when it was right behind him. Then told me "I have experienced customers like you and if you don't like our service we can leave" that's the worst feeling in the world being held hostage because I had to move out that day and have no options but to cross my fingers and hoping he doesn't ruin my landlord's property (which they did).

When they were loaded and about to leave I saw my 40" tv, water, energy drinks, empty 7 gallon bottles, and many others in the garage and I asked "are you guys done? What about those?" And the leader says "they don't look like they're going anywhere." I swear this guy has an excuse for everything. When I confronted him with the damages to my furniture after the job, he says "your furniture is cheap quality."

I do not recommend these guys because you don't know what you're gonna get. The boss says "you got a very good deal, cheaper than others." Like at what cost? Over $1500 worth of furniture and wall damage? How this place have a 4.8 star is beyond me. Maybe it's because I'm a repeat customer so they just don't give a F.

We had a 2 bedroom (nursery) and a packed garage to move about 10 miles. Titan relocation services had one of the best price quotes and also their other reviews made me feel less anxious about selecting them to handle our move. I spoke with Joel on the phone after sending messages to each other by text. He reassured me I had nothing to worry about and guided me through what I should do to help prepare for my move. He gave me additional options if I wasn't quite ready for the move on the date I had picked. But I followed his advice with how to pack things and prepare and we were right on schedule.
Our 4 man move team included Pablo, Adam, Joel, Dion. They were right on time and clearly declared their start time and started work right away. There was some miscommunication with things I didn't want moved but got packed right away because they were so fast in packing up any loose ends that were in their way. So be careful when you turn around things will be boxed up and moved before you know it. It was fast!
There was an unexpected supplies fee that we got charged at the end because they used so much shrink wrap with all furniture we had. But it made sense. Our move took 5.5 hours including travel time. I believe there's a 24 hour period where you can report anything damaged or missing.
We didn't get to unpacking everything within that time but we found one of our 5 gallon water bottles missing and maybe some other box that wasn't labeled. It might have been swiped by some passerby from our old neighborhood. Thus why we decided to move. But moral is, label your boxes, pack up everything you can, and unpack quickly so don't go past the time frame to report anything.

Amazing service! Hugo, Cisco & Pablo were amazing. Thanks to Joel also for being so kind when I had to reschedule three times. Highly recommend!

Titan was quick and very careful helping me in my apt to house move. They carefully wrapped everything in plastic wrap and were communicative every step of the way when handling some of our fragile glass items. I'm very glad we came across them and would definitely use their services again. Special shout-out to our guys Frankie and Juan!

Joel was professional and courteous throughout the whole delivery process. His workers were prompt and I recommend this company for your transportation needs. 5 out of 5 service!!!

Stan and his coworker were absolutely incredible in helping me move! They did such a swift clean easy job that there was almost no stress on me! They were incredibly helpful and generous with their kindness and I could not recommend these two dudes enough if you're planning to move, they were incredible!

Titan relocation services, Juan , my business after showing attention to detail about my project. They took the time to read my requirements and quoted me accurately. When their team arrived, they were well equipped with safety, equipment and equipment necessary to complete the task. They even generate online contracts so there there is a paper trail for the agreement. we save their contact information in our Rolodex and will make sure to be reaching out to them whenever we need relocation help.

Two items needed to be moved upstairs from the garage. Both were bathtubs. One was 400 pounds and the other one was 300 pounds.

I think for about 10 times in the past 4 yrs and yes this review is wayyyy over due.

Always on time! They are moving and working every mins. No Slacking and work in a fast pace but yet handle w/ care without breaking a thing! I recommend them to my friends and family . They all speak great things about their service. Thank you again for making each of our move quick and smooth!
