I have no complaints. I had heard good words about TJ from other folks here in Alameda, so reached out when my apartment's dryer stopped spinning. He was responsive, arrived on time (although - with Bay Area traffic the way it is - lateness wouldn't be dinged from anyone), and was quick to figure out the issue. He also noticed that another part was visibly cracked & showed me where. Although he didn't have the parts available in his truck, he was able to locate a store in the area that did and returned later that day to complete the repairs. He demonstrated professionalism, communicativeness, and knowledgeability from start to finish. I highly recommend!

TJ was on time and only charged for the visit and not for a part I didn't need. I really appreciated his honesty. I'll use his service again when needed.

Had to do an emergency broadcast for quotes on refrigerator repair!! TJ was one of the first to respond professional and was able to squeeze us in same afternoon for the initial assessment.

After assessing and looking up parts, he was able to schedule us in the next afternoon to come back for the repair. Was able to work with our household schedules and fully tidied up our freezer and refrigerator!

Will definitely be keeping him on speed dial in case anything else in the house pops up and highly recommend for any repair! We got great value for the service received.

TJ did a great job fixing our refrigerator. It was apparently a fairly simple job. He gave a great price for the work being done. He responded to all of my messages/questions, and even showed up early. Highly recommend

TJ is extremely professional and quick to respond. He came over my home the next day after messaging him and discovered that issue with my washer right away. It was a quick fix but he was ver upfront and honest. I would recommend him for any washer repairs as well any major appliances.

Glass Range Top Repair - A glass bottle fell out of my cupboard and cracked the edge of my glass range top. I called around and got pricing - and although we thought it would take a few weeks to get the part, TJ was able to get the part in a few days, and finished the job in only 30 minutes. He was informative, detailed, quick, efficient, and cleaned up the broken glass! He did a fabulous job and I would not hesitate to contact him again in the future.
