I'm glad I went to Yelp too besides Thumbtack and Taskrabbit as these guys have the best price and it's really bang for the buck as he kept our place clean too.
We had 5 curtains hung and a 55 inch tv on an articulating tv mount. I'll do business with them again in the future should I need similar services.

When he sent someone to do the job, I was told that the couch needs specialized tools to take apart. I know! That's why I hired you! I needed it out *today* so I had him just take it apart and leave the pieces on the curb for a lower price. Guess I'll be buying a new couch soon. Incredibly disappointed.
Update because I apparently need to be clearer about this: I had the sofa taken apart and reassembled in my apartment when I first moved there, which is why I know it was completely possible. I insisted he take it apart and destroy it because I had no other option given the timeframe. It's clear he did NOT have all the necessary tools, or else he would have been able to provide the service that I have already had provided to me before with this very same couch.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

I sent you several messages with offers to make you satisfied, but I never received a response to them.
As for your sofa. We have all the necessary tools. But the body of your sofa is non-separable. We have photographs to prove this. Our handyman showed and told you about it. You insisted that the sofa be cut into pieces and thrown away. Otherwise, we would not have done this and would not have charged you.
I hope to see you again so that you can be convinced of our professionalism. We will offer you a good discount on future orders.
