Sean was great, we communicated what was needed to be done and scheduled our installation date. This was a harder project that probably took more time than expected but I was glad to have been there for a part of the project to look over and help as Sean was a one man team. The post install was also unique as we had folks who wanted to keep their existing mailboxes and the area to put the concrete was also different as it was a mix of gravel and dirt.

Sean build the post on the spot, took out the old post, and asked and confirmed how it would be oriented for the height and mailboxes. It turned out to be great and the post looks great for the neighborhood now. Just make sure to confirm the materials and desired outcome of the project to make sure it is what you desire. It was exactly what we hoped the install would go especially for a shared mailbox post, thanks Sean!

I'm a girlie girl and didn't want to hang picture frames on my walls, so sent a Yelp inquiry. Sean responded the same day with a quote, and also called to follow up. He was communicative and polite. As a female I always feel a little uneasy about having a random male come over, but he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. I'll be reaching out to hi again when I have more things I need help with :)

It's our second time to call Sean for handy man service. First of all, he has a good work ethic in terms of clear communication with clients and showing up at exact time on a day. Most of all, his work itself is perfect and meticulous.

He installed new faucet system in our guest bathroom in a beautiful way. It wasn't easy to remove the old faucets for some reason, but Sean was very patient and figured out how to finally take those out without damaging the basin. While working on the task, he kept updating me with any difficulties or any issues.

The loose curtain rod brackets could get tightly re-installed by Sean, too. And he paid full attention on the perfection of the task which will finally yield to full safety.

As someone who values and appreciates these details along with the highest level of work completion, I'd highly recommend Sean, Top Team to anyone who needs help around housework. Of course, we will keep calling him.

Problem:
I needed a room divider for my downstairs area but didn't want something ugly or uber permanent in my condo, but still wanted something where it would allow privacy. After searching for a few months, I ended up ordering "EMOH Blue Glacier Panel Blinds" from Home Depot.

Little did I know that I had to get the Installation Service at the same time when I ordered the panel blinds. When I called Home Depot after receiving the panel blinds, they basically told me I was SOL. I was like - wouldn't I be able to return this and re-order it with the technician? *HAHAHAHAHA* but I was actually half serious. No luck after a few tries and some inoperable number transfers.

Solution:
My creative brain decided to use Yelp Projects to obtain several quotes for "Handyman Installation". Sagi from Top Team was one of the first people to reply back to come out and take a look before providing a quote. He was fast, efficient, and I can tell from his personality that he didn't mess around. He was direct and no BS. The quote was a little on the high side compared to the other quotes; but I also considered the Yelp Profile and Reviews were outstanding. I rather pay a little extra to have it done right the first time.

Sagi was fast, efficient, and scheduled appointment for installation within a week or so. I didn't have to do much "managing" except tell him my vision and periodically checked on him during installation process. Installation was completed within a couple of hours. He also had me double check everything when he was done before I paid the bill and also included a tip! I could tell Sagi himself was "proud of his work". I saw him smile when he was done and then also took a picture of my Panel Blinds.

Had my google nest thermostat and a GFCI outlet installed for the dishwasher and my kitchen recessed lighting fixed (since it wouldn't work which turned out to be a wiring issue and he resolved and fixed it quickly).

Sagi "Sean" is a very competent, honest, and takes his time to make sure the issues are fixed and working properly. He also does a very thorough job and makes sure that everything is in place and cleaned up before wrapping up. Working with Sean on a couple projects in my home was a great experience. He re-installed my large closet sliding doors that came off the track after installing new hardware, and also installed a new front door screen closure. Communicating with him was easy; we texted specifics after discussing on the phone and he arrived right on time. I highly recommend working with him.

Sean helped us with a myriad of work items on our rental property. He is meticulous and dedicated. There were a couple of occasions he had to put in more hours to make sure the repair was robust. His pricing was fair for the quality of work he put in. His work ranged from dry wall repair, stair nose repair, cabinet hinge repair. He has an eye for detail and is very skilled. I wanted to remove an accent wall that made my living room seem dark and cramped, but was unable to do so myself due to a spine injury. I sent a request for several quotes for this project through Yelp and Sean, the owner of TOP TEAM, was the first to reply. He was very easy to contact via text message as well as schedule with.

When I told him more about the project and some other quotes that I had gotten from other Yelp Handymen, he was able to beat their prices by ~30% as well as come within two days for the job! All in all, it took Sean a speedy ~3 hours to remove the accent wall, clean up the extra wooden boards, and patch up all the extra holes. He was extremely diligent throughout the entire process and I look forward to working with TOP TEAM again in the future.
