Top Tier Appliance Repair

These guys are great. They gave me a same day appointment and texted me when they were on the way. They hooked up my dishwasher and refrigerator. They had to move the fridge from one room to another and had to remove room doors and did so with care and precision. They had to also remove the doors and handles of the fridge and everything was put back nicely. They even polished the dishwasher and fridge and cleaned up well. They are careful and treat your property as if it were their own. After the installation, they provided a tutorial on how to use our new dishwasher. They are honest and transparent and easy to deal with. I would call them again without hesitation. Thanks to Sal and Seth, brothers and owners. A small business that deserves to thrive.

These guys were absolutely incredible and provided top tier service. I was having issues with my fridge and they came out on the same day to check it out. In fact, Sal came out earlier than expected and prioritized me. They acted with urgency and helped me diagnose the issue right away. It turned out the compressor in my Samsung fridge needed to be replaced. They didn't try to upsell me and recommended that I purchase a new fridge and choose a more reliable brand. Fantastic guys. Communicated quickly before. Came within 2 days. Fixed my dryer quickly, explained what was wrong in plain english and told me how to maintain to get plenty of life out of the repairs and dryer. they also did a little clean up and got a quick look at my washer and gave me some helpful tips there too. When the washer has issues (eventually) I know who I'm gonna call.

I called Top Tier on Monday to repair a stove in my tenant's apartment. Sal came out that same day. He had to order a part, and on Wednesday he had the stove back working fine. He was professional, friendly, and gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him again if I need appliance repair in the future.

Top Tier Appliance was so friendly and quick to respond. My dryer broke over the weekend and they showed up on Sunday! Sal & Seth returned two days later with the parts and completely refurbished my old dryer. It's was less expensive than buying a new one and since it's hard to find a dryer small enough for the space it has to go, I was happy they could make mine work again. Sal was fast and did exactly what he promised, on time and on budget. I am so grateful to them.

Top Tier gave us a fair price, prompt and professional service, and thorough explanations of the work they did to repair 4 stovetop burners and a control board on our Wolf stove.

It was nearly half the cost of another quote we got and they were transparent w the cost of labor and parts. They came once to diagnose, gave us a quote and we agreed. The first quote from the 1st company mentioned more extensive repairs and Top Tier initially thought those wouldn't be necessary. I appreciated them not trying to upsell us. When they came to make the repair and found that we DID in fact need the more extensive repair, they ordered the part, called the company daily until it was out of back order, and came back to make the repair with no extra charge for labor.

Bonus points for being masked and shoeless the whole time too. This company has integrity and we'll be calling them again.

My Bosch dishwasher was having water line tap and drain issues. Able to make an appointment within 24 hours. They called ahead of arrival and were timely & courteous. Offered up a few solutions. Ran out for a part and were back as expected. Great service. Working dishwasher:)

I just gave these guys a call to try and figure out what was going wrong with my 20-year-old Viking frig. Sal patiently listened to me describe the symptoms and helped me understand better how refrigerator compressors work, and how they fail. I'm a builder and do most appliance repairs myself, but Sal's depth of knowledge in the realm of refrigerators blew mine away. He said it sounded like a major issue with the compressor/evaporator and that his company didn't perform that scope of work, but he still stayed on the phone with me and gave me some pretty technical tips on how i might confirm the diagnosis myself before deciding on a pricey repair vs replacement.

Over the years I've had some terrible experiences with local appliance repair companies that were clearly out to take advantage of their customers. This felt like the exact opposite experience - a company going out of its way to be as helpful as possible rather than focusing on profit.

This is who I'll call next time I've got an issue I can't fix myself.
