Fantastic guys. Communicated quickly before. Came within 2 days. Fixed my dryer quickly, explained what was wrong in plain english and told me how to maintain to get plenty of life out of the repairs and dryer. they also did a little clean up and got a quick look at my washer and gave me some helpful tips there too. When the washer has issues (eventually) I know who I'm gonna call.

Couldn't be more pleased. Our freezer wasn't defrosting anymore and Top Tier sent out a tech very promptly. The showed up early (but only after calling to confirm that would be okay) and diagnosed the problem very quickly. They were very up-front about exactly what parts cost, how much they felt they needed to charge beyond that to make a profit, and what everything would entail. After agreeing they left to go order the part and were back within just a few hours and everything works perfectly now. Especially pleased that our technician was masked, as our household is still taking covid seriously.

I was impressed with the fast response time. The washing machine technician was very professional and cool. However, the person I spoke to on the phone was lacking in communication and professionalism, and I found the interaction almost insulting. Regardless, we managed to work through it with a cool head.

The technician installed the broken part I had called about, but discovered another broken part as he was finishing up. I asked him to replace all the broken parts. Initially, he gave me a reasonable price for an additional part needed. However, when he consulted his supervisor, the supervisor quoted a price that was quadruple what the technician had given me. This raised some concerns, although I'm not completely sure. I declined the extra costs and found the part online for the price the technician had initially quoted.

To be fair, they ended up comping the installation of the latch, but the lack of professionalism and communication during the conversation about the next steps left me surprised, especially when this company has stellar reviews.

Top Tier is very professional, efficient & affordable! They responded to my inquiry quickly, even though it was a Sunday! Seth came out the next day at our requested time to assess our washing machine that wasn't draining!

I called asking if they could fix a specific uncommon kitchen hood, and he told me they don't work work on them but he was more than happy to offer me advice on what the problem could've been. Great customer service.

Vissal reached out to me immediately, and had availablity the next day. Came over, with a mask on, took off his shoes, and helped me locate the model for my oven, checked if any of their vendors had the part that needed to be replaced. Also checked to make sure everything else was working. Unfortunately, the part wasn't with their vendors and advised me on what to do next.

Washer and dryer broke down on me top tier responded in less than 1hour ...24 hrs later they came diagnosed the problem, we came to an agreement ...they had my machines working again within 24 hrs.

These guys were absolutely incredible and provided top tier service. I was having issues with my fridge and they came out on the same day to check it out. In fact, Sal came out earlier than expected and prioritized me. They acted with urgency and helped me diagnose the issue right away. It turned out the compressor in my Samsung fridge needed to be replaced. They didn't try to upsell me and recommended that I purchase a new fridge and choose a more reliable brand. Thanks for your help and honesty!

These guys are great. They gave me a same day appointment and texted me when they were on the way. They hooked up my dishwasher and refrigerator. They had to move the fridge from one room to another and had to remove room doors and did so with care and precision. They had to also remove the doors and handles of the fridge and everything was put back nicely. They even polished the dishwasher and fridge and cleaned up well. They are careful and treat your property as if it were their own. After the installation, they provided a tutorial on how to use our new dishwasher. They are honest and transparent and easy to deal with. I would call them again without hesitation. Thanks to Sal and Seth, brothers and owners. A small business that deserves to thrive.
