Such great customer service. I've been to this showroom twice with questions about my KWC Suprimo faucet and both times they have been super helpful. I've never even bought anything and they have been great. Today I went in expecting to quickly buy a new faucet since mine has problems. First they explained that since they didn't have one in stock they could recommend a competitor that might have one in stock. Amazing. But then they explained that my existing faucet has a lifetime warranty, that the problem is almost certainly that it needs a replacement cartridge and that I didn't need to spend money on a plumber nor a new faucet. I could do the replacement myself and they started to help me look up the part number as well. This is the type of wonderful customer service that one appreciates from a well staffed local store like this. Next time I need a bathroom or kitchen faucet, the Townsend Showroom is certainly going to be the first place I go since I want to give them my business. They also are conveniently located on Townsend which has a great bike lane so it was easy for me to bike there.

Helpful and very responsive to emails. Edward researched comparable when there was a delivery problem from the manufacturer.

I needed a sink rack. They ordered it and it came in one day. They called me. I went over and they were so nice and helpful and personable. I know it's odd that it is a rarity, but so be it. She even gave me some chocolate to say thank you. Just excellent! So glad to know about this place.

My bathroom fixtures, installed over a decade ago, needed repair and the company I originally purchased from did not respond to my calls to order replacement parts (and the manufacturer does not sell parts direct to retail customers). Luckily, I found Townsend Showroom, another local dealer for the brand of fixtures. Considering the level of customer service Townsend provided, you would have thought I was spending tens of thousands of dollars on several bathroom remodels. Edward was extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and attentive. He ensured the parts were correct, ordered them quickly, interacted with the manufacturer's tech support on my behalf when the problem didn't resolve at first, and went the extra mile offering suggestions on what to do next. Bottom line, Townsend is a key reason that the plumbing issues in my bathroom are now fixed. All this for a few orders for parts! (Granted, a lot of parts, but still just parts.) I only wish I had more business to send their way.

Edward and Ada are a great resource! Their knowledge has helped us avoid buying incompatible parts as well as ensured we weren't missing required parts. Additionally a large tub arrived damaged and they were able to coordinate a replacement fairly easily.

We had our bathroom remodeled this spring, and our contractor sent us to Townsend Showroom to choose new fixtures. Edward was very helpful in showing us what would work for us and answering our questions. It was a very satisfactory visit. Edward followed up with a quote within a day, and Townsend worked smoothly with our contractor. Overall, we were very happy with the service and the selection.

I've been a practicing architect for over 30 years and have ordered different products from many sources in the Bay Area and other locations for my clients. I've ordered fixtures from Townsend for many years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. This is one source that I've never had any concerns or problems with. As stated by previous reviewers, they are knowledgeable, have a broad range of products, extremely courteous and responsive. I highly recommend them.
