Lily was incredible. Probably one of the best massages I have had. She was able to work out my sore shoulders and back. I highly recommend her. The place was clean and serine. Will be back soon.

I've tried a few different places in the Concord/Walnut Creek area for massages and this is the only one I'd go back to. It's a happy medium between a place like massage envy and an expensive day spas like woodhouse. I'll definitely be back!

A completely mediocre massage. The facility is large and looks nice and the staff are friendly and all, but they just did an OK job. I got a 1hr deep tissue massage and parts of it were great and parts of it were bone on bone (elbow to base of skull) and just painful. The sheets felt rough and cheap and they didn't use an ankle support for the first part of the massage, which didn't feel great. Also, this is the first time that I've been a new customer at a massage therapist / spa and filled out now paperwork (liability, health history, injury history, etc.) and had basically no discussion or interaction with the therapist before they got to work, which made the whole thing feel impersonal.

The massage session was a disappointing experience. I had scheduled a couples massage for my partner's birthday, which was unusual as they typically required payment upfront. During the session, the therapists did not ask about our preferences for pressure or other customizations; they simply told us to indicate the pressure level we wanted. Unfortunately, the pressure they used was far too intense for my liking, and when I tried to communicate this, the therapist continued with the same excessive pressure. They talked and giggled with each other the entire time, and one therapist even stepped out of the room for a moment. At the end, when we went to leave, the therapist asked us for a tip, to which we replied "No, for both." They glared at us with fury.

After leaving, I apologized to my partner for the horrible service, as this was their first massage experience and I had wanted it to be a great one. My body was still sore five days later. In the future, I will go to a more reputable establishment like Massage Envy to ensure a professional and enjoyable massage experience.

Overall, I gave this one-star, which was the lowest rating possible, as the service was completely unacceptably.

This is such a wonderful place to get a nice massage. It's nicely decorated and clean facility. We had 90 minutes massage and we left feeling very relaxed and restored. The masseuses were very hardworking and friendly. The receptionist, Lee, is so friendly and helpful. We can't wait for our next visit back to Walnut Creek and will definitely book another massage here! The parking is very easy in a medium size shopping center.

I've been three times and just purchased a package of six more massages. I have chronic pain and this is the only place that has been able to help me feel better. I've had two therapists but the last two times I had Nancy. I call her Dr Nancy now. I going strictly for physical therapy, pressure point, stretching etc rather than a spa experience. I'm so grateful for their caring attitude and their exceptional skill set.

This place is in the shopping plaza across from Heather Farms Park. The spa is very modern and clean. I got an amazing deep tissue massage from Jenny Z who was easy to communicate with. One of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had.
