Tran's Auto Repair

All I needed done today was repair my back brake light. I'm not kidding... I was in and out in five minutes or less. And the type of brake light I have is not simple. They were friendly and fast -- I've never gotten such good auto service. Totally recommend Tran's!

I Want to thank Sy for servicing my 2013 explorer.
This shop is the best. Requested my vehicle for Catalytic converters swap that I bought at original from Ford Dealer. Had check engine light for about 3 months for these bad catalytics. Thursday night I was told to drop my vehicle off by Sy, and hell have it ready Friday the next day. I didn't pick up the car till Monday morning because I was out of town. I drove to shop today (Monday) and my Vehicle was ready outside to go. These guys are about their word. No service to big or to small. Better prices than other Shops. Bought parts and they did All the Labor.
No More Check Engine Light.. Finallllyyyy!!

They helped me to fix a misfire issue and replace the coolant reservoir for my 2016 bmw 528i in 2 visits. They provided service that was fast and transparent, the price is a fraction of the service quality I received, recommend for anyone in the neighborhood!

We have been using Tran's for many years with many vehicles. Family and friends all swear by the service and the people. Tran and Sy make us feel like family. When QUALITY service of any kind keeps getting harder to find, they are reassuring that it does still exist.

Yesterday Sy was helpful in checking to see if I simply had a loose battery cable. I did not. It appeared that my starter was beginning to fail and I had intermittent starter issues.
He said I could wait until it "acted up" again and let him know or since I have AAA, I could wait until I needed to be towed in.
After talking to my husband and checking my service records, I decided to take it in and just go ahead and replace my starter.

I called Tran's Auto Repair this morning to see if they could take me. Gil said if I got my car there in the morning, they could take care of it.

Sure enough. I got it there and by early afternoon, Sy called and said it was done.

When I picked up my car, there was a gentleman picking his car up too.
I asked if he had been coming to Tran's for a while. He told me, "Yes! I've been coming for at least 30 years! Good people"

I thought that was a great endorsement.
I paid Mr Tran and my bill was less than what other shops quoted me!

Car is running great and I'm looking forward to working with them for any future auto needs.

Been a customer of Tran's for 20 years on and off (depending on the type of vehicle). They are trustworthy, reasonable and reliable. Sy is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend Tran's 10000% :-).

This is the honest mechanic we all need to know. I went in with a faulty front headlight. I was worried about a complex electrical issue but it turned out to be a bad dude. Mr Tran refused to charge me for the fuse or the work to change. I'm glad I had asked for an oil change of I would have felt terrible. He's consistently done good work on my Suburu at reasonable prices.

Very glad to have found a great local shop to take my Mazda to for repair services. I've been taking my Mazda to the dealership for routine service but took my car here for the first time to resurface my brakes and replace my battery. The cost was half of the dealership cost, and they even told me that a service the dealership recommended wasn't necessary yet. I was able to take my car in in the morning and pick it up by mid afternoon. Note that they don't make appointments, you can either call ahead to get a sense of how long a service will take or directly show up and drop off your car.

They efficiently diagnosed a problematic strut causing an annoying jangling/worrisome noise. I appreciated their mechanic going the extra mile, accompanying me on a drive to identify and accurately pinpoint the issue. Moreover, the owner took the time to discuss the cost-effectiveness between purchasing a separate strut/spring versus an assembled unit, providing valuable insights into the options available.

The best mechanics in town! Always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!
