Treasure Island Mobile Home & RV Park

I'm just returning to treasure island RV park last month for the first time since last spring.  This RV park is really great AND now the office staff is terrific too.  That was my only complaint last spring was that the lady you had to deal with was terrible.  Now they have two really nice ladies in the office (Monica and Naely) who you can tell really care about their tenants, both short and long term.

The park is super clean, well maintained, great bathrooms and laundry room.  Location is perfect!!  Just close enough to San Francisco, but not too close.  Lol. 

The maintenance guys are great too.  I stay at this park for about five months at a time and I highly recommend you choosing this park over the other nearby options.

First off, 8 months ago we would have given this park a 2 star review ONLY because of the office manager who was employed at that time. Today, after a few weeks back at the park, we are happy to give Treasure Island RV Park a GLOWING 5 star review! The park has a wonderful new office manager, Monica, who is here on property and is very welcoming, sweet and professional.

We are commercial crab and salmon fishermen residing in the Bay Area for about 6 months every year during crab season. When we left last April, we were NEVER going to return to this park because of how we had been treated by the office manager at the time. After voicing our complaints to the property management company, they addressed our concerns and handled the situation promptly and professionally. I am so happy the property has a new office management team and they are AWESOME! Both the property manager company and the new office manager, Monica, are the primary reasons we decided to come back and give this park another try. :-)

This park has an ideal location, super clean and very well maintained. They have big spaces, nice showers and good Wi-Fi. The maintenance team, Ely and Vidal, are outstanding!! They are on site everyday taking care of every little thing the park needs. The bathrooms are very clean. The laundry room is very nice with lots of nice new machines. And now, no quarters necessary! Everything is on the wash app or wash card.

It is such a relief to have great office staff that truly care about this park and the customer service they provide. Treasure Island RV Park is a welcoming environment and the community of residents are very nice and respectful. We can now happily say we will enjoy our 6 months here, year after year.

To anyone who wrote off this RV park like we did, we highly recommend you give Treasure Island another try, you'll be happy you did!

I have a Sprinter Van camper. All I usually need is an extension cord and a restroom/shower facilities when I'm traveling. I found on Yelp there are 3 urban camping options in South S.F.
Candlestick RV was waaaay to urban, and that's enough said about that area.
S.F. RV is more for the Glamping, "Hey We have a Skylink!!" Yuppie crowd.
Treasure Island RV is just right. Good price, next to a Costco, a Trader Joe's, and walking distance to the Bart Station. I came in without a reservation on a Monday afternoon and had no problem.
Nahely works the office, she has a great personality and enjoys her job!!
The park covers long and short term campers. The property is clean and safe with plenty of space around the pads.
The only problem is they have some of the Best Restrooms and Shower facilities anywhere. Unfortunately they deadbolt lock the facilities closed between 9pm and 6am. I didn't find that out until after I paid for 2 days and got the spot next to the building. It's not the end of the world, but I'm 60 and having to go at night is a thing. I understand the issues that could happen, but they have heavy duty combination locks on the doors. I don't have a real shower, and my porta potty is really for emergencies. The facilities are very nice and clean, it was a bummer.
If you read the previous reviews there's was a running problem with management. I met Nahely and she is very helpful and her smile really brightens a cloudy day!! I definitely recommend Treasure Island MH and RV can't wait to come back soon.

Very clean and pleasant RV park. My husband is a weekly regular due to work in the area. We are incredibly thankful for Monica as she has been so helpful, accommodating and professional. We truly appreciate you!

Professional, clean, great location

This review is long overdue. We stayed a couple nights here and it was without a doubt the worst RV park we have ever stayed at. The guy at the front desk was an absolute jerk we should have listened to the other reviews since they are all pretty much dead on. The RV park is right across the street from a graveyard there's traffic noise coming from both the front and the back since it's located between two busy streets. The only thing it has going for it is it's proximity to San Francisco. Not worth the headache and definitely not worth the money find someplace else is our recommendation

Park has hot and very clean showers with a code on them

Good wifi, dropped sometimes but to be expected shared across the park

Great location and everyone was super helpful when we had an issue with our trailer maintenance came and helped and was lovely

So looks like they are working hard to make it a nice stay - I would recommend

Made a reservation and once I got there apparently there wasn't one. I had to fine a new place to stay the night.

The Place is lovely and huge but management does not have great customer service skills. The women I've spoken to multiple times is very rude and condescending. I don't understand how she still has a job.
