I've dealt with a number of non-dealer repair shops, in both the US and Canada, and these guys are by far the best I've encountered. Prompt, friendly service, very reasonable prices, they get the job done and I never get the sense that they're trying to "pad the bill". Many auto shops give you the impression that they're out to raid your wallet; I never have that with the folks at Tremblay. I trust them! How often can you say that about an auto repair place?

Absolutely trustworthy in diagnosis, service and pricing. I have been going to Tremblay for more than 25 years with a variety of (sometimes offbeat) automobiles and the process is always simple: call for appointment, pick up when ready as stated, and drive home happy. We are very fortunate to have a repair shop in Vancouver that is so friendly, thorough in explanation and execution, and reasonably priced. Thanks guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Jason and his crew. He fixed up our old Mazda 3 as if it were new in just one day, thus extending its life for us for at least 6 more years. I brought the car in at 7:30 and he was done by 4:30. The car was washed, polished and cleaned on the inside also. And all with a big friendly smile on his face.

Honest multi-generational run service shop. Been going for years, recommended to many men and woman friends and have never heard nor have I ever had an unpelasant experience. Having rebuilt cars in my younger years I have a pretty good guage on repairs. They only change what is necessary and explain why a replacement part is necessary. A five star shop!

I've been a client for over 30 years so I know what I'm talking about. This family owned and run business has been around for decades. Brad Tremblay, the current manager, once told me his first job was washing cars after they'd been serviced during summer vacations. Sam Tremblay, an expert mechanic himself, felt it important his son learn the business hands-on, from bottom to top. Brad is also an expert mechanic. You'll frequently see him when you drop your car off to have work done. As a woman, I can tell you Brad and all his employees are polite, kind and patient people. They listen as you describe what's wrong and try to get a more specific idea of problem. You may get cheaper price elsewhere, BUT you won't get the quality job you get at Tremblay's. I aways drive away confident my car will run great because experts have worked on it.

Tremblay has been looking after our family vehicles for over 20 years. They are completely trustworthy, do great and dependable work, and for reasonable costs. However inconvenient going to their Granville Island shop from our home in Port Coquitlam, Tremblay is and will continue to be our mechanic of choice. Going to their shop is like visiting family. It is a pleasant experience and they do give us peace of mind knowing our cars are well taken care of. There is not much more that needs to be said.
