Trucksmart installed a Rhino Lining today and Rafael did a great job. Very affordable, It looks amazing, clean and they finished fast. I showed up at 8am and he was done by 10am. I am really impressed with how well it looks. I will do a re-review in a year from now to explain how it holds up! As of now it's looks sharp!

Took my newly bought truck (used, but new to me) to the pros at Trucksmart.

Had them install Rhinoliner along with bakflip bed cover. Service was excellent and got a great price for everything! All installed in one day! Johnny the manager took great care of me and my truck!

Super happy with everything and they even helped me register the warranty for my new bed cover!

They were amazing to work with. Matt in the front was very friendly and helpful in making sure we had the right equipment for towing with our Tahoe. Matt in the shop did a great job installing the break system and air bags we needed for our Tahoe. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful l. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood how to use the installations properly and took extra time helping us better understand how to hook up and use our Anderson Weight Distribution hitch. They were extraordinary in every way and will continue to use them for all our needs.

They added trailer brake controller to 3 different tow vehicles. Always done quickly and correctly.

Where do I begin... we've tried getting our truck in 2x now to get our bedliner done and have been cancelled both times at the last minute.

The first time, we were called the night before our appointment saying that their sprayer called out and the next appointment they could get us in was almost a week later (albeit it was not our fault for the cancellation). Would have been nice to know before we had detailed the truck to prep for our appointment.

The second time I thought it we were in the clear when we got the reminder phone call the night before for our rescheduled appointment. Well, I should've held my breath because we got a call as we were headed out the door that the sprayer called out again. Again, after a second time of detailing and prepping for our appointment. And two days spent missing work for no reason.

I get that life happens, it's inevitable. But I'm not sure why they put all of their eggs in one basket by only having this one sprayer they keep referring to? The $50 inconvenience discount was almost laughable, followed by the defensive "Yeah, but do you know how much money we're losing?" from the employee who delivered the bad news that our second appointment wouldn't be happening (and didn't know when he'd get us rescheduled for a THIRD time).

We ended up asking for our deposit back and was able to get in same day at another shop nearby. They even had a military discount! Really unfortunate experience at Trucksmart but glad I could get in somewhere else.

Sales crew and technicians were amazing treated me great and performance was on point. Thanks you guys !

We wanted a bed cover for our truck. They had the cover we wanted in stock and was able to get it installed the very next day. We're very happy with their customer service, keeping us informed as it was installed and showing us the proper way to use it once the job was completed. I was like a kid in a candy store walking their showroom while waiting. They have options for after market accessories that I never knew even existed. If I'm ever looking for more truck accessories, they are my new go to store.
