Absolutely. The quality of the food is impressive. The restaurant was founded by Dr. Weil who is a doctor who is focused on anti-inflammatory meals. The food is carefully made and of excellent quality.

Came here for dinner and Sabrina was the best!!! She is such a doll & had such great service. My dinner was enjoyable because she was so patient & had such a fun personality. Probably the best dining experience I've had because of her!

Food is excellent!! Beautiful plate presentations & delicious drinks. I had a difficult time choosing off the menu, there is a great selection for any foodie types.
Our service was with a smile & exceptional timing, I would ask for Peter's section again if it was available. He knows the menu & is diligent about his requests with all the other tables as I noticed. True foods is TRULY delicious cuisine.
Its located in the heart of Broadway plaza & in the center of the shopping district, how convenient & so fun.
A big outdoor, covered dinning patio is decorated lovely & up to code in all areas for Covid 19 standards. The staff is enthusiastic to service guests, very efficient about sanitation, spraying disinfectant on tables & all the chairs thoroughly, greeting guests with smiles, very welcoming.
Teamwork was on point with the staff communicating, working together efficiently & happily.
We felt perfectly safe dining here & we'll be looking forward to the reopening, hopefully sooner than later.
A wonderful experience ! I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves superb quality food & a great atmosphere with friendly staff members happy to accommodate.
Hoang T.Antioch, CA24182Aug 9, 2024Food was ok. But the service I am absolutely appalled at. My wife ordered a grass fed burger to go. The burger is supposed to come with the burger itself and a kale or side salad or you can upgrade to another of the other sides for a $1 upcharge.
When we ordered the employee who took our order did not ask up about the side so we assumed that they would just default to the side salad. When we went to go pick up our order at the to go area we noticed that there was only 1 small box inside. When we went back to the worker who had handed us the order we asked if the burger is supposed to come with a side, and the worker said "Yes but you have to order it" then proceeded to walk away.
This is absolutely ridiculous. So first we were never given the option to select our side, instead the employee just hit no side. Then when we asked about the missing side the second employee essentially told us "tough luck since it wasn't on the order it wasn't made".

And I ordered the chop salad with salmon cooked, medium rare. I was very happy with my salad. It's the best salad I've had at True Food kitchen for the last few years.

We ordered the strawberry with chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry.
I ordered the citrus salmon salad. The salmon was super dry and too sweet with the glaze, too bad I could not ask for the glaze to be placed on the side.
We asked for two more strawberries to add to the strawberry salad. She didn't ask us if we were okay with an upcharge, but after she returned with two strawberries, we found out that it was four extra dollars for two strawberries, which we would not have ordered if we had known how much it cost.
Also, on our bill, we were charged for chamomile tea when we didn't order it. She said she was wondering why it was on our bill but didn't ask us, and we had to find the mistake because they did not.
Jul 21, 2024Went here for a nice weekend brunch. It is dog friendly which is a plus. The outside patio area is nicely shaded. The food is pretty good depending on what you order. I got the matcha horchata and sausage pizza with side of chili ranch.
The match is pretty good 4/5, the horchata is pretty strong with a mild hint of matcha
Love the sausage pizza, never thought sunny side egg would pair well with a pizza, definitely a must try!!!
The chili ranch is good but was expecting more kick or some acidity from it. To me, it tasted like basic ranch.

We went during a busy lunch time, but luckily got seats within a couple minutes of waiting.
The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and is spacious with lots of fresh air and sunshine.
We ordered a few items - the roasted brussel sprouts, Korean noodle bowl with tofu, grilled chicken mozzarella pita bread panini, an apple lemonade and a margarita.
The food itself is sourced from fresh, high quality ingredients which shines through in the presentation of these dishes. There are plenty of options to please a diverse palate. The brussel sprouts had a nice salty and sweet balance, while the noodle bowl had nice chunks of tofu and veggies. The panini was alright, as it did lack a bit of flavor. The apple lemonade was amazing and so fresh! Lastly, the margarita was quite strong but it actually paired nicely with the lemonade and was very refreshing.

Aug 10, 20241 check-inFriendly staff, clean location. The place is massive on the inside so great for groups. The food was pretty good. I feel like it could have been seasoned a little more and, as a lasagna, the ratio of pasta to filling was off, but I left satisfied with my meal.
