I have been a loyal unlimited member for the past two years, I've had a couple of issues with TruFusion with overfilled classes, being shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you. Rude instructors, calling you out during class for Apple Watch notifications, and overall being wishy-washy on their policies throughout the years.
I was signed up for the 5:45 pm class this evening, I showed up at 5:51 PM. Six minutes after the class had started. I was told that I would not be let in because they have a five minute cut off. I was shy by one minute! Three associates sitting at the desk, none of them did anything but sit there and stare. I didn't see any sort of bother on any of their faces. She didn't even bother to look me up in the system or anything. I'm dressed for a cycling class and was offered to take a yoga class at an alternate time. Clearly I don't have a yoga mat or I'm dressed for yoga. I will be canceling my membership immediately, it's 105° outside. There is no parking in the garage and I also apologized for being late by six minutes. Extremely unprofessional, and does not care about their members.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Megan A.Pinole, CA0143Apr 15, 2024
I visited TruFusion Walnut Creek Yoga Studio and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. It is with deep regret that I must express my concerns regarding the discriminatory behavior observed during my time there.
The atmosphere at TruFusion was tainted with racism, particularly evident in the actions of the front desk staff and manager, Dani. Their behavior exhibited clear bias towards individuals who are not white. As a person of color, I felt unwelcome and judged from the moment I entered the studio.
It is disheartening to witness such blatant discrimination in a place that should promote inclusivity and acceptance. I strongly advise individuals belonging to minority communities to avoid this studio. There are numerous other yoga studios in the area that prioritize diversity and create a welcoming environment for all.
Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend TruFusion Walnut Creek Yoga Studio to anyone seeking a safe and inclusive space for their practice. It is essential to choose establishments that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of belonging for all individuals. TruFusion falls short of meeting these fundamental expectations, and I urge potential visitors to consider alternative studios that embrace and respect cultural diversity.Helpful 4Thanks 3Love this 2Oh no 1Business owner information

We take the feedback from our clients very seriously, and do not hold discrimination lightly. Can you provide an example of the bias you are accusing us of? Your lengthy review makes extremely inflammatory claims in extremely vague language.
We'll be specific. Unfortunately you were turned away from class, like many other people, due to our late arrival policy which is described clearly in our class descriptions. It was the first time this happened, after you had taken more than 20 classes at our studio. The manager you mention, Danni, was not there at 6 AM when the incident happened. You were subsequently banned from the studio after disrespecting our front desk staff and vandalizing our property as you kicked over our sign when walking out - not due to bias or discrimination. Our policies - both in regards to late arrivals and code of conduct - apply to everyone equally. - Natalia W.San Francisco, CA0222Feb 29, 2024Updated review
Really awful customer service - I was SCAMMED- I signed up for a $30 for 30 days. I canceled due to relocation with their front desk staff. I noticed they were charging me their most expensive membership fee for 6 months.
!!!!!!!$1700 of reoccurring charges.
I kindly pleaded with them for a refund. They clearly saw in their records -- I never went back or took any more classes. They flat out refused.
TruFusion's estimated revenue is $83.3M. Their estimated revenue per employee is $297,000.
I can't believe they would withhold $1700 from an innocent customer who simply wanted to try the studio.Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 17, 2024Previous reviewSCAMMED- I signed up for a $30 for 30 days. I went to the front desk today because thought I lost my phone in the building. I wanted to shoutout Paige for being so kind and understanding to offer to let me track down my phone. Luckily I was able to find it! 5 stars for great customer service!!! Aside from that, I really enjoyed Vanessa's hot Pilates class. Her exercises were well balanced for my body & her playlist was fire.

I have been a member for a little over a month now, and I seriously have so much fun every class I take at TruFusion! The place is so trendy and aesthetic and sometimes there are doggies running around which is so cute. The teachers are all great and they have a wide range of classes. The cafe is also really cool and the shakes they serve are so yummy. I love the fact they offer free amenities in the locker rooms like deodorant and hair ties. Helpful when I forget something. The place is clean, unlike some other studios I have been to. The service from staff has always been positive for me. I love it here!

I've been a member of TruFusion for a while now, and I'm loving it! The class schedule is huge, with a wide variety of options to choose from, so there's something for everyone. I've tried everything from Yoga and Pilates to Kettlebells and Barre, and I've never been bored. The instructors are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they make you feel welcome no matter what your fitness level is.
One of my favorite things about TruFusion is the heated classes. The heat makes the workouts more challenging, but it also feels amazing on my muscles. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. If you're not ready to commit to an unlimited membership, don't worry! TruFusion offers a free class for new members and class packs so you can try a few different classes without breaking the bank.
If you're looking for a great workout with a supportive community, I highly recommend TruFusion. You won't be disappointed!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 116540Jan 14, 2024
I usually go to CorePower Yoga but their studio was closed for two weeks for renovations. I decided to try this place since I had a week free pass.
It's a beautiful studio! I loved the atmosphere and they just added a smoothie bar with snacks. I like the people who work out here. Everyone just takes whatever class they signed up for and moves on with their day. No one's recording themselves or trying to make a Tik Tok. I tried a few classes and realized quickly I want to keep taking a class here after my usual studio re-opens just to give them some business.
I tried the hot yoga classes, Pilates, and a 75-minute yoga restore class. I love the LED lights and how clean it is here. They have a nice cleaning staff. I also loved the teachers here. They encourage you through your workouts and are very confident with the way they teach. Every teacher I met made eye contact with me and were very approachable and appreciative of students attending their class.
This place has a mixed yoga studio/gym vibe. I'm not a fan of the gym vibe but this was a good balance. I wasn't able to try the boxing classes and their glute, dumbbell classes. I'll try it next time I come around. The bathrooms are very clean too.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - 1071657Mar 11, 2023
I would always drive by this studio and thought I wasn't the type to take fitness classes but I was so wrong. I signed up for TruFusion from a friend referral. She told me they had a 30 for 30 deal and that they were on classpass and I was sold.
My first class they let me rent my items for free and I took the 7:15 roll and restore class. The studio is such a vibe and everything is so clean! The cleaning crew is always on deck after each class.
I started taking more and more classes and I am averaging 10 a month. The heat, the music, the vibes are so addicting. For anyone looking for a studio that offers pilates, yoga, and more, I highly recommend trufusion!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 1 - Jaenzmail C.CA, CA02711Jul 16, 2024
Long overdue review. Been going to TruFusion for over a year now, maybe even longer and really impressed with the studio. Easy parking, even during peak hours. Clean, great classes and very motivating and diverse style of coaching. The space is huge and enjoy the variety of classes especially ride and the different yoga classes offered. Great selection of classes. Restrooms and changing areas are well stocked and maintained on a regular basis. Forgot lotion no problem, I kk ow that bathroom has it. Staff are super friendly, genuine and appreciate that the employees go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and have what I need. Front desk staff always greet you with a smile. Impressed that with all their members, still they are pretty good about remembering names of everyone who walk through their doors. Only gripe is that the locker doors are loud (sometimes jolting) when closed by members but that's so minor. Maybe can be easily fixed with door pads or stoppers. Thanks TruFusion for creating an awesome space to frequent when I need some me time and need to focus on my goals.
