Trust Appliance Repair

My 8.25 year old Whirlpool front loading washer broke the day before Thanksgiving in 2020. Unfortunately, the washer was in mid cycle and the door wouldn't open. It also had water in it.

The question I had was: Should we just buy a new one or fix this one. This was a matched set of a red dryer and a red washer on pedestals. My wife loves them.

I called Joe at Trust Appliance Repair, and he sent a great service tech who arrived within 2 hours! He looked at it and gave us a very reasonable price. It was a drum bearing that had seized, and he could fix it. We decided to fix it after a helpful conversation with the tech.

They did an exceptional job, and had our washer running in a short time.

I called Trust Appliance Repair because I had a GE dishwasher that wasn't working. I'd already done basic diagnostics and even bought a new control board that didn't fixed the problem. When I talked to Joe he immediately knew what I was talking about and informed me that GE dishwashers have a common issue causing the failure of electronics components. He also informed me that fixing it was a dead end and that buying an Electrolux or Frigidaire was my best option. Giving honest advice even when it may mean a loss of a service call is a good sign. I'll be calling Trust Appliance Repair in the future when I need an appliance repair company I can trust. Thanks for sending me in the right direction Joe!

We have a dryer that wasn't heating up during the drying process. I called Trust Appliance Repair and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician brought the replacement parts with him and was able to repair our dryer in about 45 minutes to an hour. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. The cost was less than half the price for a new dryer, so it was well worth it.

Truly great service. I reached out to Trust Appliance on September 5th and by noon on September 7th our freezer drain line in our GE fridge was fixed. From point of contact to scheduling to follow through, Trust provided top notch service - even for a job as small as mine. Don't really have photos since it was such a quick and minor fix, but I would not hesitate to call Trust again for appliance servicing needs. I wish I had remembered the service technicians name because he was professional all the way. Very polite, knowledgeable, showed me the issue, fixed it and even cleaned up the dust bunnies under my fridge.

Called for GE dishwasher service. Spoke with Joe
We discussed my issue unit shut off roughly 30 minutes prior to finishing. He was direct and to the point to contact GE manufacturer. Known issues with parts and units last couple years since it changed hands.
Highly recommend calling GE direct and using them for service call and repair.

I appreciated honest feedback and I let Joe know I already had a GE appointment but not til mid November so I will wait .

Amazing Service! Friday afternoon my dryer went out. I called Trust and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. I was advised that if there was any chance someone could make it out on Friday they would. I was not expecting a call back because it was the end of the day. An hour later I was advised there was a technician on his way. Joe, the technician, arrived within 30 minutes. He inspected my dryer and told me what he thought was the issue. He gave me a fair estimate and advised he had the part. He fixed it and was on his way. I was so grateful I would not have to go the entire weekend without my dryer. I appreciate the quick response and excellent customer service.

Called for a washer repair. I was told they were 5 weeks booked out. That's great for them, but bad for me. They referred me to Sears of all places. I'll be looking around for other local spots to help me with a repair. For now, don't waste your time calling them. They're too busy for you.

These guys are amazing. Specifically, I called Joe because I had an issue with my refrigerator freezer. I described to him the problem and over the phone, he asked me if I tried a dozen different things. When he found the one thing I didn't try, he told me to go ahead and try that and then give Sears a call if it doesn't fix the problem. He was honest and he said that they were booked 5 weeks out to even come and look at it.

Sure enough, when I tried the free advice he gave me, it worked. They have a new customer for a lifetime. Thank you so much Joe!

Our dryer stopped heating while on. I was so backed up on laundry but I called Trust and they got someone out the next day! His name was Joe and he was so great and professional, and he also wore shoe covers! Easy fix great price and the work is guaranteed for 3 months. Hopefully I'll never have to have an appliance repaired ever again but if I do, I'm choosing Trust

Thank you SOOO incredibly much for your assistance. You gave me the info that I needed to get my refrigerator repaired by LG and they will be out on Monday. I am extremely grateful. It took me several hours on the phone, on hold and frustration...but without your help I likely would be out a lot of money. The next time I need an appliance repaired...I will be contacting you. Even though I didn't hire you this time...I will definitely be next time. REAL customer service is helping someone with a problem even though they aren't getting paid to do it.
