Trust Medical Transportation TMT

This is the 2nd time I called TMT for safe transport of my parent to medical appointments. Now that my parent is unable to walk, it is so important to have trained, friendly professionals. I love supporting this family-owned business and the warmth in which they help me care for my family!

Very nice family run business. I had to have my 94 year old father brought down the front stairs and taken to CPMC Van Ness. They arrived a few minutes early, very considerate of my father and the cats.
The vehicle was immaculately clean. The transport went very smoothly. They will be my go to non-emergency transport in the future. Great service! Thank-you.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I've been bed bound for years and have had many people transport me.
Trust Medical is far better than anyone else. They use their brains to move you as gently and safely as possible. They stay right next to you at all times to make sure you are safe.
Once they took me to the dentist and went in to speak with the dentist. They explained I was in pain and could they see me right now. It worked they took me in and the dentist came right in.
Very friendly and accommodating when you call.

I was reminded of how long I've been trusting these wonderful people to help my clients; since 2016. They have grown because of their caring and competent service.
They have all the equipment to keep the clients and themselves safe. I like how they ask questions about the situation for transfers, they can figure anything out but this conversation shows their professionalism. They treat my clients like people not just a pick up or drop off.
Cost is in keeping with the area.
They have additional fees for each stair, oxygen, and waiting times.

I placed an order with Eric and emphasize to please do not be late because it's a very important appointment to which he responded we won't be late. They were 30 minutes late which made our appointment late. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the cell phone # that I was told I can call if there was any problem but no one answered. No one returns my calls either. Plus it was also very expensive. I paid $490.00 for round trips to and from the appointment which was 20 minutes from the pick-up place. I was ok until they were 30 minutes late which I find unacceptable.

Tareq and Mohamed were awesome! From the moment they met my mom I knew i had made the right decision. They were super friendly, kind and handled mom with extreme care. As we were leaving, I let them know I would be staying behind to break down her bed. Without hesitation, Tareq volunteered to stay and help break down the bed and load it into my car. At the same time, Mohammed decided to stay back and help as well. I ended up not lifting a finger for the bed as both Tareq and Mohamed broke it down and loaded it into my car (which took a little bit of work). Just over the top service! Highly recommend!! AAA+++

Everyone we encountered with Trust Medical Transportation has gone above and beyond for my father. My father has Parkinson's Disease and is extremely rigid with little to no mobility. The team was able to safely transfer him to his appointment and back in a very efficient manner. They are extremely professional and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Our whole family felt comfortable in their hands. Thank you Trust Medical Transportation for your assistance and we look forward to utilizing your services again!
