I hope you never get the experience to get your car towed here they are ridiculous and try Ash to give me some extra charges because they said they were putting a lien on my car but only had the car for one day. These guys are robbers.

Quick rescue saved the day! I was in Concord and ran down my battery as it was cold + charging phone watching phone using battery without a start! Estupido! Thank you to the gentleman who was there in minutes!

Stuck in a rut with a flat tire and no spare. Late night home visit and waited for BS tow company that never showed. Thankfully Ivan from Turbo Towing was close by. He called back right away and responded within 10 minutes. His flatbed was clean and he was gentle with my Lexi. I was home by 11pm but if it wasn't for Ivan, I'd probably still be waiting for that BS tow company. RECOMMEND TURBO TOWING!!!

Contacted roadside service through Connect. Turbo tow was confirmed to come over between 90 to 106 minutes. After nearly an hour waiting Turbo tow decided not to honor my request. Didn't even reach out to me.

Alex from Turbo Tow text messaged me after I posted the 2star review above. I called him. He advised me that the tow truck driver arrived, called my phone- it went straight to voicemail. Driver called Alex and left because they didn't see my car. (How could they? It was in the garage.) A simple confirmation to ring the doorbell would have solved the matter. He explained that when they couldn't contact me, the driver moved onto the next customer. Alex advised that they can come back in 30 minutes but when I said that another tow service is already on their way, he advised me to call the other tow service so I can note their phone numbers in case they call me. I heartily recommend Turbo Tow for their professionalism.

I had a very good experience with Turbo Towing. the young man was right on time. (I ashamed to say I forgot his name) He was right on time, loaded my car and took the car straight to the mechanic. The driver was polite, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

I want to stop and take time to appreciate Milton @turbotow he has been taking care of me for years!! I have always had a mixture of 2wd and 4wd/ awd vehicles. No matter the circumstances he has been there to help me in need, from the side of the free way or like today on the side of the road to assist me and my father in law! Or even if it's driving all the way down highway 5 to pick up a vehicle that I need towing. This guy has absolute great customer service. Very punctual, never has you waiting beyond what was expected. If anyone needs a tow!!!! By all means, you should definitely consider Milton @turbotow. Once again. Thanks Milton!!
