Fantastic service. I drove in recently to get a propane tank refilled and before I had walked half the distance from the car I was greeted from the office and met at the propane filling point. Felt like I was back in the car in less than 5 minutes. Friendly and great to deal with; I'll be back next time I need a trailer too.

Had a reservation for 3/26 at 9am for a 6x12 trailer. When I arrived, they didn't have the trailer and instead only had a 5x9 at 11a. The woman at the first desk said she meant to call me but to make it up she gave me a discount.

When I switched the reservation for the next day, the manager (believe his name was Brodee) still offered the discount and the trailer rental was seamless with all the employees I interacted with.

All in all, didn't start off well but their customer service and thoughtfulness more than made up for it! Will rent again from them for sure.

The girl at the front desk is the rudest person! she is not nice, she's snappy and just a bitter person. I will never ever go to this U-Haul again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I wished I had read the reviews before I contacted them online. I ended up having to leave because they didn't have a dolly which I ordered online and I wasn't going to sit there and let her treat me so poorly.

Been here a few times and never really had any issue always had an easy good experience. They make it very easy to book your truck online and they just come wait in line and have someone hope you inside the store.

The service inside the store has always been really good and whenever I am in need of renting a U-Haul definitely the location I always go to rent a truck. Just make sure you always gas up on the way back or else they charge you extra.

This uhaul is one of the absolute worst you could possibly go to I had a reservation waited the whole day for the time slot they gave me and drove 40 minutes only to have rude people tell us they don't have our truck,I know you may need to move but take my advice and go elsewhere

I have used this location several times for either truck, van, or trailer rental. This review is for my recent experience returning a trailer for which I would give two stars. My previous visits have been 3 to 4 star experiences. Therefore a 3 star rating overall. When returning a trailer, I pulled up to the sign which instructed me to stay with the rental equipment and wait for someone to complete the return. I sat there unnoticed for 15 minutes. An employee went to his car and drove by. He did not let the employee in the store know I was waiting. When I was noticed 10 minutes later, the employee asked me to back the trailer next to another trailer - no problem, I've pulled many trailers and have no issue backing one up. Meanwhile the other employee who left, returned and parked along the rental trailers so I had to be spot on in my backing. It was pretty obvious I would park next to him, yet he did not move his car. The person taking the return was new and I was happy to unhook the trailer for that person. This customer service I experienced on this last visit was way worse than my previous visits to this location.

They made my moving experience so pleasant. I haven't moved in over a decade and this was process. I came a few days before the move and I was greeted by Anthony the store manager. I explained my concerns and he listened and suggestion items for my move. He said don't worry we know this is a stressful experience; we are here to help you make this part less stressful.
On the day of the move , I walked in to the store; I was greeted, mind you it was the weekend the busiest day/time. Nicole checked me in and walked across the counter to help me select items that Anthony had noted in my account. I was shocked that he took the time to note comments in my account i.e. mattress cover, couch cover, and boxes. I wanted a few other things however, Nicole said you don't need this for your move. (Thank You) Which made me feel like they aren't hustling and care . The truck was extemely clean, had gas, and road smoothly. Returning the truck was just as pleasant. I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you for making this part of the move pleasant . Shout out to Anthony/Nicole for going the extra mile to help me the move. Highly recommend this location.

Purchased a one way truck rental from my hometown to concord - everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off, all of which was same day. Be sure to take videos and pictures of the truck upon pick up and return - including mileage, drop off location, and proof of returning keys.

However, I received a receipt showing that I had returned the truck late and was charged another day of coverage and use ($54 total). You can imagine my frustration.

The reason I have given a four star review was due to the customer service I received from this location. The rep was named Monica and she gave better than expected results (pending refund 3-5 days from now, and I will update), but she was very quick to resolve the issue. Accountability is everything to me.

Awful awful place to do business. I went in prior to Christmas to get a gift certificate for my daughter to get a tow hitch installed on her vehicle. Now because I know nothing about trucks, my husband was there with me. We asked for a hitch for pick up, they replied light or heavy duty, my husband specifically stated heavy duty since she pulls a loaded horse trailer. was told the fee would be $149.99 and paid, got the certificate. My daughter schedules the install and they tell her it will be another $150.00.
This Uhaul company is off the wall ridiculou, I would have gotten the gift certificate for $300.00 if I had been told that as a price. They would order and then lose the part, making my daughter to have to reschedule.

They are so disorganized and poorly run, obviously giving out wrong prices and losing parts. They work like the 3 stooges, Larry, Moe and Curly.

Just wanted to let owner of this location know that he has great employees Ovonte and Kathleen always treat me very well when getting my RV propane filled, two parts I witnessed a total jerk yelling and screaming at both of them. People are so stressed COVID times and moving that's hard but give these a break they aren't your servants they're just trying to do there job. Which they do well
