So glad I ended up using UCD Auto Glass! Was Originally going to use Natomas Mobile Glass, but ended up looking elsewhere, because the guy I talked to had a bad attitude and was unhelpful.

George is as nice as can be and very competent and helpful. Came same day, was very communicative and it only took about/less than an hour. Hope I don't have to use them again, but if you do, I would recommend working with George without hesitation.

About two years ago this company filled a crack in my windshield. They provided good value and came to my house to make the fix.

Fast forward l two years and I had a crack in my windshield. Initially, I thought the crack ran from UCD's fill, so I contacted them. They apologized and offered to credit me the money after all that time. After further inspection, I realized their work remained solid and my crack was from a new chip that I didn't realize. Regardless, their offer and customer service was much appreciated!

George responded quickly to my request and was able to come out to my job the same day to fix a windshield chip. Fixed the chip in about 10 minutes for a reasonable price and was very friendly and professional during the entire transaction. Definitely recommend their services.

He picked up on my call right away, provided his expertise on whether my unfortunate damage could be repaired, quoted me a reasonable price, scheduled me for the first appointment the next am. As a woman, finding any type of business for car repairs such as auto glass can be stressful and uneasy/ especially if it's your first time having a broken windshield/ window. This was definitely me this month. I decided to post a project via Yelp, seeking an affordable service to replace my entire windshield due to a rock that created a foot-and-a-half crack on my front windshield. From various businesses I was quoted $700-$1,064 (crazy right?) as my vehicle has sensors that would need to be recalibrated after replacement. However, George quoted me a great price ($600) and I booked a service the same week. I would also like to note that George has stellar communication via Yelp projects. Many other auto glass repair businesses did not respond as promptly, gave me a very much generic response, or responded in an unprofessional manner in which I became hesitant on whether I wanted to proceed.

When I met with George for my service he was very kind. Right away he began providing some information and background on what he was going to do and walked me through it all. We inspected my car for the initial status, and he asked if I had checked in with my car insurance on if there was a deductible. I had informed him my findings from speaking to my car insurance (AAA), but I wasn't sure if it was specially for glass coverage or if the deductible I had been quoted was for collisions.

George informed me that he wanted to make sure I got the best price possible with this replacement and asked if I wanted to double check. Of course I was down! He then went the extra mile during my service by calling AAA himself, my provider, to confirm whether the deductible I had learned about, applied to claims for solely glass replacement. George noted that since we were there and I was his last appointment for the day he didn't mind calling so he spent about 20 minutes with me as he called AAA with me to confirm. In the end, I really appreciated this because he took the time to help me check in on what my policy covered in terms of auto glass.

To kill time, George let me know about some coffee shops within walking distance and I decided to take his recommendation while I waited for my service to be completed. I received a call when it was done and the new windshield replacement looks great. I was grateful he even had restuck my parking stickers and service reminder stickers back on my window! But the best shock was he re installed my front dash cam. All of these actions just show the little things and details from George were all very thoughtful. I totally forgot about these items to be honest and was pleasantly surprised.

To top it off, he walked through how he recalibrated my car after installation. But one of the best highlights of what he did was something I didn't even expect. My car's sensors have been going off randomly for months now for tire pressure, notifying me that my tire pressure is low even though I know they aren't. But I didn't mention it at all since I was here for a windshield replacement. However, as part of the recalibration process he noticed my sensors for tire pressure was showing up randomly and corrected the sensor issue manually in the system.

I'm honestly so happy because it had been something that has been irritating me for so long (literally MONTHS), and when I've gone to various Toyotas for routine maintenance, they've brushed off my comment and have stated that 'it happens,' and there's not much they can do about it. This alone revealed to me the drastic difference of customer service quality between other vehicle /repair businesses, even as notable as Toyota, versus UCD Autoglass.

As someone who's worked for small business owners as well as in the customer service industry, I whole heartedly can tell George is very honest with his business and has integrity in his workmanship. This is something I can't always say about car service / car repair businesses because there have been numerous occasions I've felt jipped, intimidated, scammed and very much pressured from other places I've been. If you're in the Greater Sacramento area and are in need of auto glass replacement, I recommend giving this place a try. I will be back!

I recommend this service to everyone !! George has to be the fastest and best person to do the job! My windshield crack and within the day the crack got even longer. He was able to fix it same day that I called and super fast too! Within an hour it was good as new as if nothing ever happened. Very grateful for his work, time and effort that he put in to make it look brand new. I will be recommending this place and George to everyone I know !

I really don't even know where to begin other than look no further! George provided the best customer service I have ever received from the time I reached out for a quote all the way to when he completed replacing my windshield. He was extremely communicative, punctual and I can tell he takes great pride in his work. I called George yesterday to see if he could fix a little chip in my windshield from a pebble on the freeway, and he was able to squeeze me in the next morning (today). He is extremely communicative and even texted to let me know when he'd be there when I requested it.

He did a great job and even came back from 10 minutes away when I had a question. I feel badly about making him come back, but he said it was no problem and that he stands by his work. It shows! He answered all my questions, patiently and knowledgeably, and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I like to increase my knowledge whenever I can, and he was very personable.

George comes out to your house and fixes things up really fast! I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any window/windshield repair. His prices are fair, and he is very easy to get ahold of. He has nothing but five star reviews as of this posting, and here I am adding another one.
