My previous car was wrx and now the jeep.

This is my go to place for detailing for several years. I've always brought cars in the worst condition ever to Vic -he always works his magic. From faded paint to hairline scratches on black vehicles, he does a great job.

Walked in one afternoon with my car dirt level 4/10 with some minor scratches on the clear coat and some residue streaks from previous ceramic coating company not doing a great job. Vic went over a few package options such as the basic wash and laid out some add on options for me based on what he saw. He wasn't pushy at all as he originally suggested just the standard wash until I requested some work done to buff out the scratches. He even generously volunteered to do a light wax for me so I could see if I like it for future purposes (Shiny!) Vic also showed me hands-on feeling the paint before and after certain procedures to feel the difffefence, such as tiny bumps on the car from environmental exposures that's baked into the clear coat by being exposed which were all removed and smoothened out. There is place to walk around/shop also an area to sit and wait. The exterior/interior/wheels came out squeaky cleanand and the communication was transparent. Vic is knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well. Overall, learned a lot, car is clean, very satisfied and would recommend!

p.s. Because Vic and his team do take their time attending to the details, duration won't be like those gas station or automated 5min car washes. But, this wasn't an issue for me because I wanted a bit more quality put into it instead of a rushed wash that doesn't get everything.

New car with another great job from Vic and his team. I just had PPF and Ceramic coating put on my car and Vic was able to ensure he washed and used the right clay on the exterior of my car.
Vic always takes his time to ensure quality work is done on each car. This will always be my go to detailer. Give them a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

These photos were taken 4 days after my car wash and my car still looks absolutely amazing! Vic (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure I got the best detail my car needed while additionally dropping me off AND picking me up at the South Coast Plaza mall while I waited. I don't know any other business that offers or even lends a hand to its customers that way in 2024 but it says a lot about how Vick runs his business. He is professional, thorough, and hospitable. I'm going to return for all my future washes because it was that awesome! If you're considering taking your car here, I HIGHLY recommend.

Called sixteen car detailers around my area and Unique was by far the best pricing. Came in the same day and car was finished within 4 hours. Very impressed with the detail and how clear the headlights came out. Great communication, they called me an hour prior to finish to give me a heads up. This was for my mom's car.
