I have used United Taxi twice for transportation to a hospital, one in San Francisco (UCSF) at 1:00 p.m. and one in San Rafael (Marin Specialty) at 6:00 a.m. The service I received was on-time and excellent.

Jun 13, 2022Previous reviewI usually have to go to the airport extremely early for east coast flights. Uber has left me waiting or cancelled several times in a row and Lyft just doesn't seem to have north bay drivers who wake up early.
I reserved United Taxi the day before and got a 4:45 pick up. Joji was on time and got me to the airport early. Deleting my Uber app.

Truly a Godsend for Marin.
The first time I used United I was in a bit of a pickle, I needed to be at the Airporter by 6am the following morning. At 11pm the night before I considered scheduling a Lyft but the quote was $56 to go a few miles, and I was worried Lyft may cancel, not able to find a driver in Marin that early.
United was able to accommodate my last minute request, they were right on time, and the price was great too.
The second time I used United, our driver picked us up on NYE after the Sweetwater with absolutely no hassle - on top of that, it came with a full on disco dance party.

Marin United Cab is a great taxi service. Gracious, dependable, always on time. I can always count on them in the early morning to get me to the Airporter.

The cost wasn't much more than Uber/lyft and the peace of mind was worth it. (Uber/lyft are not reliable during early morning hours in the Sausalito area). I would highly recommend United taxi over the ride share apps for their great price, professionalism, great communication, and reliability.

Amazing service. We called late in the evening for an airport pick up at 4.30am the next morning (!). Joji picked up right away and booked us. No problem. He was there early and kindly helped with luggage loading. Smooth ride from a really nice guy. We will certainly use this service again.
