UT&RS was contacted by my insurance agent when I got into a little accident. Enrique called me immediately to find out if I was okay and in a safe area. He also wanted to make sure that I knew he received the service request and that he was on the way. He took excellent care of my car from pick up all the way to drop off. Great communication, courteous and went the extra mile! Very detailed in his reports. Gave me piece of mind from the moment he turned up until my car was in the repair shop. Thank you Enrique!!

Rick came to the rescue when I got a flat tire. He was super prompt, and came prepared with many options to get me on the road. Really appreciate the excellent service!

Enrique is my go to guy when I have car problems. He has a magic tool that can take off lug nut locks. I was sold a car that was missing the key for the lug nut locks and I got a flat tire and Enrique removed the locks and installed no lock lug nuts for me. He is the guy if you ever have any problems with your car. He is friendly and has a positive attitude.

Enrique was amazing and professional. I had called University Towing early morning traffic time because my husband needed his car towed to a repair shop. Enrique was there within 20 minutes and presented himself trustworthy and respectful. Being a grandmother who can probably talk a whole lot, Enrique was very patient and showed pride in his work. He handled my husbands car (Mustang) with white glove care. I will be keeping University Towing in mind for recommendations and for my family's future personal towing needs.
Thank you Enrique...if I could put a rating of a million stars ...I would. You provided more than excellent service. Thank you for your quick response...you made our stress disappear and gave us a morning that was more manageable.

lifesaver - the guys a lifesaver. I was totally hosed with a car lockout. everything was in the car. phones, wallet, keys, everything. he came in
about 20 minutes, a record ...! most services are like 90 minutes. managed to open the car with out any issues. super super helpful. highly recommend ...

Enrique was friendly, helpful, responsive and reliable. He made us feel comfortable in a tough situation. If you have insurance, do not wait for hours for them to send a tow truck. Use this service and ask for a reimbursement and save yourself hours!
His rates are reasonable.

I was in a pinch with my vehicle yesterday and University towing; in this case it was Enrique (Rick) who came out promptly with his tow truck and actually ended up charging me less than what he quoted on the phone.
He is dependable and a good man and understands the towing challenges quite well.

I called University Towing early on Sunday morning because my dad had gotten a flat tire on 101 and Enrique was quick to help. He ensured me that my dad would be in safe hands and would give a reasonable rate. Because I wasn't with my dad when it happened, I had to relay the information to Enrique and he got to the spot within the hour. He was super patient and understanding since I didn't have my dad's exact location so he drove up 101 until he found him on the side of the freeway. He then proceeded to update me via text when he finally picked up my dad and dropped him off at the nearest tire shop, which I greatly appreciated.

Enrique was fast to get to me to jump my car, super nice, and came with a ton of helpful knowledge and recommendations on where to get everything I needed, from parts to service. If in need, will definitely use University Towing again in the future.

Great, timely service and communication, will call Enrique again if (god forbid!) I need another tow.
