Found Urban Repair here on Yelp and they gave me estimate to test my Viking oven that stopped heating, even though I don't bake often.
Debis was very responsive and we were able to schedule appointment for the next day.

The following day technician arrived on time.
He was very knowledgeable and efficient. It didn't take him long to identify the issue.

Luckily he got the parts in his truck, and was able to fix it right away.
We didn't expect that, we thought our oven would be out for three weeks or more (that was our last experience with dishwasher repair with another company)

Tech explained in friendly manner, the issue we had was normal wear and tear and gas ovens require some service time to time. That was relief for us that we didn't do anything wrong.

I should also note that the tech was respective of our property which was important for me.

denis is very responsive . He came to check the fridge carefully, explained things clearly and gave sound suggestions. Everything went smoothly.

Denis was sent to me by American Home Shield to evaluate and repair both my washer/dryer and my microwave. I was very happy with his services. He scheduled an appointment immediately and arrived on time the next day. He was of a pleasant, professional demeanor, fast but not rushed, expert and accurate, diagnosing the problem with the microwave almost immediately.

The washer/dryer took more time, as the issue was intermittent. To his credit, Denis was extremely patient waiting for the problem to arise, and when it did, he was thorough and fair in his evaluation.

AHS ultimately decided to replace the washer/dryer and repair the microwave. A week later, when the parts arrived, Denis returned, again on time, and quickly made the repair. He kept in touch with updates the entire duration.

If your warranty sends Denis to you, I think you can count yourself lucky like I was. Or, if you're hiring him independently to fix an appliance, I very much recommend his services.

Denis made time to tend to my emergency (leaking fridge) after hours, which saved me from a bigger disaster. He offered to order parts and fix the bigger problem, but let me know I might be able to get a better price somewhere else. By then, however, he had earned my trust, and I felt his prices were not out of line. He knows his stuff, and even gave me pointers on how to care for my new clothes dryer while he was at it! He was a pleasure to have in my home.

Denis did an excellent job fixing our refrigerator. I thought that appliance was a goner, and I morally preparing for a big expense. But instead Denis fixed it, and the parts weren't even that expensive, either. Highly recommended!

Denis responded right away to our call for help to repair our dishwasher. He stayed in good communication about his arrival and was very efficient and pleasant person who diagnosed the problem quickly. He then came back at 7:30pm the same day to finish the job and reinstall the dishwasher after we fixed the electrical problem. I would highly recommend his service.
