Urban Outfitters

This is a great Urban Outfitters location! It is right underneath the Punch Bowl Social, across the way from the Golden One Center. I love that it has a clearly organized layout and it is still a big size without being multiple floors tall. They mostly have a good amount of stock in items, and the stock is always organized by size and easy to shop. The prices are pretty steep but they have great sales pretty often, and always have a sale section open in the back of the store with rotating styles.

They usually have trendy pop music playing, so it is a fun vibe inside. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful too. They have a staff member usually right at the entrance to offer help upon arrival. They also have a good amount of fitting rooms, with an attendant at the fitting room desk.

I usually park in the DOCO parking structures. They are able to validate parking after you shop.

I visited Urban Outfitters on Wednesday, 1/17/24, around 6:30 pm. What I liked about this store was the huge selection of different items. There were a lot of things available for sale such as headbands, necklaces, books, hair bows, beanies, and face masks. I decided to purchase a couple of headbands. The price point of items inside of the store was not too shabby. The customer service was friendly and quick. Parking validation was accepted here as well. I highly recommend coming to Urban Outfitters for home essentials, accessories, clothes, etc.

Friendly staff that said hi and bye to us. They currently have a 75% of sale. There's a lot of clothing in the back and some of their home decor is marked down. Very spacious and clean UO. Also 10% when you sign up for their rewards program with your email.

Wow - what a difference a good buyer for a store makes. This place needs to send their 'Buyer' back to school. There is nothing of interest in this store. Please have your buyer take a trip down to your SoCal stores to learn what the public wants to buy. Boring and lackluster, if they don't get their proverbial 'stuff' together this will be another store to go under in the digital age.

Employees working the door were decently nice they greeted me and have a nice day. The assortment in store is a different story I saw a lot of crop tops, wide jeans, and things with holes -- all overpriced lol

Whatever happened to the UO I used to love? Not much wearable stuff at all in my opinion but it could be me just getting way too old for this shop. It's nice to hop in to see what the young kids are wearing nowadays

I have not shopped at an actual urban outfitters store since 2015. It's been a busy few years. But I went into the location on J street and it reminded me of how much I used to enjoy shopping there!

The store was clean, organized and full. It was super fun to just look at. Even their clearance section was neatly organized and filled nicely.

But the customer service is where they shine!

I was greeted when I came in, even though they were clearly busy. The atmosphere was just welcoming and it was apparent from the moment I stepped in.

I came in specifically for a pair of jeans I saw online that were on sale. I found em! Didn't say they were on sale, but they gave it to me anyway since it was on sale online.

When they were ringing me up - they really couldn't do enough for me. They signed me up for emails and I think points? I don't know.... But it came with an additional percent off and, I know it's silly, but it made my day! I got a friendly little text from Urban shortly after about my purchase and I was emailed a copy of my receipt.

So. Please shop here. Keep 'em up and open. And be nice to their employees. They are busy and go out of their way to help you. So. You know ... don't be THAT customer. Thanks!

Great shop for shopping and cute clothes. The location is awesome and the sale girls very friendly. The store was very clean and organized and the manikins were well dressed. Lots of selections and different styles for every fun event you may be going to this summer. Yes a hipster paradise.

Clothes I thought were a little pricey, but they do have several racks in the back on clearance. A Girl needs to just splurge sometimes.....

Layla, girl you saved my life!!! I was working near by and had an unexpected visit from mother nature that WRECKED my cute little plaid work pants. Panicked and ran over on my break. Layla immediately came to my rescue helped find a cute pair of pants that fit perfectly and were on sale!!! In that moment I wasn't thinking and just needed some clean pants to save my embarrassment. I so appreciate the extra help and kindness! Turned my day around and I walked out feeling cute. Girls looking out for girls!!

This location has really great customer service. It's a big store and I was able to find some things I really liked. Most clothing styles are definitely catered to a younger generation but there are always some hidden gems for those of us that aren't shopping for the trendy stuff. I'd come back to this location over the Roseville location.
