Urban Tree Care

This is the reason why I needed my trees trimmed. I have a fifty year old Ash tree. It was an unusual tree since it grew in a V-shaped manner. It was sixty feet tall and getting taller by the year. The older it got, the taller it grew and I was afraid that one day the two main branches will be so heavy that it will split itself in two and fall on my neighbor's house hurting people inside.

I called Urban Tree Care and I was greeted by Lizet. She was friendly over the phone. I told her my situation and she said she will gladly have someone come to my house that weekend to inspect my tree. True to her word, that weekend a man named Heriberto came to my house. He looked at my tree and said nothing's wrong with it. It's perfectly healthy and it didn't need any of his help. I told him about my concerns about my tree falling down so he suggested trimming the tree to lighten it up. I agreed. He also looked at my Walnut tree next to the Ash tree and suggested trimming that as well. He quoted me a price of $1,500.00 and I agreed. Later that day, Lizet called and scheduled an appointment for the team to do their work.

The team arrived on time. They came in a large dump truck with a woodchipper attached and a pickup truck. Heriberto was the team leader. He was the one who climbed the tree making the cuts as his four assistants were there gathering the branches and logs making it safe for him to do his job. They were a very efficient and professional team. They wore uniforms and hardhats. Heriberto used mountaineering gear to climb up the trees and with his chainsaw and ropes he made professional cuts. He used ropes to make sure the branches and logs come down on my property and not on my neighbor's property.

Once they finished, both my Ash tree and Walnut tree looked great. By trimming the trees it allowed more light on my property and it really made me feel good. Urban Tree Care is a professional company and it was worth paying them the money. I will do business with them again.

Once again Eddy and his crew came over and totally transformed my 2 1/2 acre lot. It was full of overgrown bushes and trees not to mention all of the dead branches and bamboo . Eddy and the guys spent 4 days trimming,cutting and generally whipping it all into shape. The place looks like a park now . For all that they did, i thought that he gave me a very reasonable price. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. They also chipped everything and hauled it away. You really can't do better than Eddy's Urban Tree Care.

They also ground down a quite a few stumps from other trees I have cut down over the years. It's so good to have a totally honest, hard working crew like Eddy and his guys!!!

I had a great experience with Urban Tree Care. I have several trees in my backyard that needed trimming and one that needed to be completely removed and the stump ground. I had already received a quote with another tree company, but they turned out to be unreliable and a headache when it came to scheduling the job.

Lizet was easy to reach and quick to schedule a visit for a quote. Heriberto showed up at the promised time and gave me a competitive quote. When it came to scheduling the job, they were available within a few days to carry out the work, which was a relief to me as I'd already wasted some time with the previous company.

The work was completed promptly and efficiently on the day of the appointment. Heriberto was good about communicating with me on the details as the job went along and making sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up the yard before they left. Overall it was a very smooth and easy process to do business with them and I'm happy that I could support a local business.

I had the pleasure of working with Urban Tree Care on August 21,2024. After extensive research, I decided on their company to remove 2 oaks, one was diseased, trim all of the trees hanging over my roof, and trim Crepe Myrtles and olive trees. They worked all day. They were easy to communicate with and made sure I was kept informed and involved during the day. I was so impressed with Heriberto, the owner of the company. He is skilled and so knowledgeable about trees. They are fully insured and have all of their licenses in place.His wife, Lizet, was a pleasure to work with scheduling the job and working around neighbor scheduling etc.

Had this Acacia tree growing roughly 15 feet from the side of my home. This caused a nightmare for both my neighbor and myself. Leaves were getting on the roof and clogging the gutters. It was endless sweeping and it was getting tiresly annoying. Imagine the roots beneath the ground? I don't want to even think about it. I've inherited this problem from the previous owner. It had to be dealt with.

I took 2 bids on the job and both assured damages to my property would be covered by insurance "if" it were to occur. Also they both explained they would cut with care. It came down to picking one and chose Heriberto. Heriberto has 25 years of experience which reflects on his team doing the work. I honestly was surprised they finished the job within a day. The job consist of a complete removal with stump grind. I've hired others in the past that took 3 days to finish the job. That's impressive.

Never hire anyone without being insured. Things happen and I know from experience. Urban Tree Care provided service to my expectations. They even left my property as neat as possible and I highly appreciated that.

They chop down two trees for me and trimmed another three as well today very great service in my backyard and one chop down of tree infront of my house.

It was our first time using Urban Tree Care, and we couldn't be more pleased. Heri and his team were right on time to prune a 50 ft. Podocarpus. They were so professional in every aspect of their work. They checked in with us periodically to make sure we were fine with the direction they were taking. We were very impressed by their skills, and their ability to visualize. Our tree is now a true show piece. We highly recommend Urban Tree Care, and will be using them again.

Simply put Urban Tree Care is thee best from the estimate to the clean up. Lizette was knowledgeable and courteous. Herbierto and his crew were focused, professional and swift. They agreed to take care of some additional trees while on the job. This is a small gem of a business and they came in $800 under the next highest bid. I wish I could give them 7 stars. Hire Urban Tree Care. You'll be glad you did.

Urban Tree Care / Heriberto are responsive, respectful, friendly, on time, careful; fair pricing and professional. I have used them twice now; for tree trimming, removal of a tree and stump grinding. They are the first people I will go to next time too!

They returned call, gave a fair price and completed job quickly. The job they did was removal of several trees which were close to next store residential property.
They were safe, most importantly they worked very hard and only stopped for a lunch break.
