Super professional, prompt and courteous service. They have also helped me out of a few jams where another limo service cancelled on us last second.

Really great company for wedding transportation. I did some research with various companies and Urban had some of the best pricing. We hired a bus to take guests from ceremony to reception, and an SUV for me, the groom, and the photographer. Both vehicles were in great shape, and both drivers were on time & friendly.

Our main POC was Ginette. She was fantastic, very communicative & helpful. Helped me consider a few different options.

Docked one star bc we were 11 minutes over and got charged for a full extra hour (about $175). It probably says this in the contract, but I think a pro-rated rate would have been much more fair.

My driver the last two times, Alfred Salazar, is calm, capable, and easy to relate to.

I want to start by saying their drivers are great and this isn't a reflection on them at all.

Their fleet isn't as advertised and their pricing isn't transparent. I likely wouldn't have even realized that they had a fleet issue had I not needed two different limos for different events within 5 weeks of each other.

The first trip we booked a small limo bus and they let us know the week of our trip that the car we booked was no longer available so we were being downgraded to a shuttle. I figured...stuff happens, it's frustrating because we chose this company for the limo bus but we can adjust.

But when the exact same thing happened for my daughters prom 4 weeks later I knew something wasn't right. They claimed the party bus I booked had been sold so again...downgraded to a shuttle bus...yet the original party bus I booked for is still advertised on their site. It never came down.

So either I have extremely bad luck and this company couldn't care less that they downgraded me twice in a row and somehow restocked the vehicles that were sold the weeks of my trips or their vehicles aren't as advertised. You'll pay a ton of money for their service, think you're going to get a great ride and end up paying a luxury price for a bus. Look elsewhere. You can pay the same price and actually get the vehicle you and your friends had hoped for.

I used to use Urban exclusively for my airport transfers and ground transportation needs overall however I was really truly bummed out when they totally dropped the ball on my most recent transfer to the airport. Now more than ever, its critical to get to our International airports with ample time to avoid any unexpected setbacks that some have been experiencing with increased security lines due to covid.

I made my UrbanBCN reservation a month ahead and confirmed a week before - even with the receipt of a confirmation email from them directly just 2 days prior to my trip. However no car showed at the time they were expected. As soon as I called dispatch, someone answered from a very chaotic setting (lots of noise in the background - almost sounded like they were at a party). I confirmed they were dispatch and then inquired where my car was located and why they were not yet at my house. The dispatch fumbled with the phone and somewhat rudely told me to hold - some 8 minutes later (which is a VERY long time to be kept on hold as you are due to the airport for an international flight). She returned to the call and told me to wait again because she couldn't find my reservation although I provided her my confirmation number. Another 4 minutes later someone else picked up the call and I had to start the inquiry over again when they asked why I was calling. Some 5 minutes later they informed me that my car was cancelled. When I asked by who, all they could tell me was that they didn't know but the request was a duplicate. The only group that could have canceled the reservation was UrbanBCN and then in addition, they never sent an email to confirm a cancelation or even attempted to reach out to see if it was a duplicate - which must have been some bogus response. When I asked what they can do about it, they said 'not much.' After my shock with that response settled a few seconds later, I asked them to try to find a car and she replied that she needs 10-15 minutes to see what she can find. Needless to say she never called and I just popped over to UBER and immediately found a black SUV car who was at my house w/in 5 minutes.

I will never ever use UrbanBCN again. I'd like to give a company an opportunity to effectively respond after total failure (esp when its their core business - to provide cars!) however not one person apologized in the process or offered a future discount or followed up from the owner/manager with an apology of any sort. I have already moved on to another company and had excellent pick up service on my return.

Bye UrbanBCN, I will never use you again as this is clearly an indication you don't really care which is a shame

Pretty poor booking experience! Price online for a day in Napa was ~$1200. I book. I received a confirmation email stating a price of ~$1200, then a few minutes later I get a second email jumping the price to ~$1500. I called to clarify and they said the confirmed first price was an error. They wouldn't honor the quoted and booked price. Pretty shady bait and switch! Apparently costs are subject to change even after you book and get a confirmation! Pretty poor for a company that has so many good reviews.

There are not enough STARS to capture the elevated service and travel experience Urban BCN Worldwide facilitates for busy executives and their assistants! The drivers are prompt, dependable, and always a delight. Dispatch will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate travel requests and last-minute changes. We're provided our driver's name and phone number with our confirmations, and our VIP guests are always impressed!!! For business or frequent travelers in both small and large groups, UrbanBCN Worldwide is the cost-friendly, efficient (and enjoyable) car service!

Urban BCN is amazing. No matter what my travel needs are they have me covered. Never an issue and great customer service.
Just flew into NY and it was an easy and fast transfer to my hotel. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

UrbanBCN provided incredible service for my friends and me when we traveled to San Francisco! The chauffeurs were so knowledgeable and shared some fun facts about the city while making sure we got to our destinations safely and efficiently. It was nice to know they took our safety and health so seriously for our first time traveling in the pandemic. Thank you, UrbanBCN!!

Our driver Stephen was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable of traffic situations. He was early for the pick up at 6:15am and early for the pick up home
