This company will damage your vehicle and not claim responsibility. Be careful if you're considering using their service.
I used USA Valet Parking service in Old Sacramento a few weeks ago. When I arrived at home I noticed that both of the passenger side rims were damaged. When I complained I was told to file a claim form. When I called and left a voice mail almost two weeks later I received a standard email response stating that the damage was not their fault.
I'm not the only one ... read the other bad reviews.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Neal J.Palm Desert, CA5681Aug 30, 2023
WARNING!! This company will not take responsibility for your property when the car is in their custody. Our e-bike was stolen after they assured us the truck and bikes would be safely secured in a closed parking lot garage nearby. They do not make it clear that they are NOT part of the Hyatt although Steve says there is a disclaimer on the back of your parking ticket when you valet. Avoid taking a car to Sacramento! In fact, avoid visiting Sacramento period. It is a city literally dying from crime and homelessness.

They parked illegally, blocking accessible parking in a public lot. Both illegal and disrespectful. They're lucky the car didn't get towed.

If I could give them a negative stars, I would.
My family went out Rancho Cordova fireworks show today. My husband and I was not allowed to park close due to my bad back and knee. We said ok and parked. Walked all the way down to the park, we were there for 1 hour and had to leave due to my pain. My husband walked down, to get our truck, to drive down to pick me up because I couldn't walk back to the the truck. We explained to several reps, they kept denying my husband to drive down to pick me up. After talking to Officers, they explained it was a valet company. The manager Steve was denying my husband. I personally called Steve (the manager) explained to him, I had to catch a ride down to Coloma to meet my husband. He was out of ADA compliance and I couldn't walk and that he kept denying my husband to drive down to pick me up. Steve says to me well you got ride, and hung up on me. There is a lot
More to the story! I will contact the city and file a formal complaint and escalate it from there.

Easter Sunday Brunch at Ten22, we valeted with USA Valet Parking since they were directly in front of the restaurant (and it was raining). They have a neat new process using your mobile number as a ticket. And, you can process payment and a request ahead for your vehicle via mobile phone, instead of standing outside to do both with an attendant and then see them run off to retrieve your vehicle.
This all sounds like a process improvement and don't know why more Valet companies don't implement a similar system. Unfortunately, we still ran into an issue. Our issue wasn't with the parking, valeting, or ticketing. It was with the retrieving. The attendants had misplaced our keys; and, therefore couldn't retrieve our car since the key fob is necessary to unlock the vehicle and to start the engine. Also unfortunately, our spares to the house were with my in-laws in a town 70-miles away. And, when I tried two dealerships their service departments for new keys to be made, they are closed on Sundays (especially Easter Sunday.)
We escalated the matter by calling USA Valet Parking's main office and leaving 3-4 voicemails; and, then by speaking with an on-duty supervisor via one of the attendant's mobile phone. A person who we believed to be the manager drove out to see us and explain what steps they were undertaking to remedy our situation. Yes, they were all apologetic (the two attendants, the on-duty supervisor and the manager) and we tried to be understanding as much as humanly possible on Easter Sunday.
However, it was Easter Sunday and we had plans after having brunch (which we eventually had to cancel since it took them close to 1.5-hours to finally and miraculously locate our keys.) You'd think that the process with the keys is the one step which is most simple (and critical) and a hard fast step rule: take keys to retrieve one car as you go to park one car, as an attendant you should have no more than two sets of keys on your person. This way you can easily account for all keys handed to you at the stand-kiosk were you store all the keys, not in your pocket and certainly not left in the wrong vehicle. When returning deliver the vehicle to the departing guest and log the new keys in at the kiosk.
If I had been traveling and this was a rental to be returned to the airport before my flight out of town, I'd be furious. If I was here on my lunch during the workweek and need to get back to work, I'd be furious. If this was after a Golden 1 Center or Raley Field event, I'd be furious.
Had it been a better day for weather or if we didn't have plans to be somewhere, I'd normally overlook a mishap like this. I don't want others to experience a similar issue and thought it best to offer a forewarning Yelp message to potential patrons of this service.
Rated one star for the mishap and gave another star for receiving four apologies. Hard to give more than those 2-stars when we had to wait 1.5-hours for our vehicle and we had to cancel the plans we had after our Easter Sunday Brunch.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This is an incredibly fair and accurate review. Thank you for taking the time to articulate everything so well, and remain patient throughout the duration of yesterday's events. As a result of your experience we will be conducting company wide retraining on our established protocols to help ensure this is not repeated.

Be very cautious of this place parking in Old Sacramento. They absolutely refused to give me any ticket for proof that I had them park my vehicle. Then the attendant said the ONLY way that they have a record is via a cell number that they want you as the customer to give them. After a couple of minutes of nonsense discussion, the attendant told me I am the ONLY one who has ever requested a physical ticket and didn't give them a cell number. Guess I'm the only one who has any common sense. Unbelievable!!!!!

My boyfriend and I were headed to a wedding and when we arrived we found out the wedding was on grass.... I was in stilettos so pretty much I knew I had to change. I left my flats in the car, but they had a valet service there. I honestly thought that it was going to be very difficult to get our car. It wasn't!!!! They were so quick with everything!!! Also they were very easy to talk too and they were very helpful. Justin and Frank you guys rockkkkk!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the amazing service I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone I know that would need a valet service!!!!

I have been familiar with Steve and his Valet business for several years. Every time I catch a ball game at the Rivercats or some of the downtown venues they have always been professional and treated me well!

This company was at an event last night in Modesto. They seemed to have no clue about how key fobs work as they told several people in front of me that their fobs were not working. Eventually I heard the same story. I said I would go get my car myself and suddenly my car was on its way. They said "the fob is broken." I said it wasn't. they said "he had to use the key." Then the car showed up and viola, no key because the fob worked perfectly but the valet STILL had attitude and insisted we test the fob. I said "no, it's CLEARLY working- my car is running." In this day and age there's no excuse for valets not to understand normal technology and definitely no call for having attitude with customers.

I have used USA Valet parking for going on 4 years. They are awesome. They take the time to know your venue, meet and greet your customers, and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly. I have used them to park large events parking as many 600 plus cars for years and never had an issue with parking.
I have also used them to pick up clients in the Escalade. They always do a great job getting there on time, and making sure the ride is nice.
I recommend USA Valet for any of your parking needs. Steven and Brian are the best and their whole team rocks.
